Exclusions (tariff rate applies): UPS Express: The Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, the Azores and Madeira. UPS Express Saver: The Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla. EU Group 2: UPS Express / Saver: Includes Bulgaria, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Romania. UPS Standard: Includes Bulgaria, Estonia, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Northern Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania and Spain. Exclusions (tariff rate applies): UPS Standard: Azores and Madeira, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla Non EU: includes Andorra, Channel Islands, Channel Islands, Liechtenstein, Norway, San Marino and Switzerland.
