Pada buku laporan ini memuat kegiatan pelaksanaan penelitian dan pembiayaan yang pelaksanaan penelitiannya dijadwalkan Agustus sampai dengan bulan Desember 2012, meliputi: 1. Studi awal dan penyusunan proposal (konsep penelitian, state of the art penelitian, metode survei, metode analisa dan sintesa, dan alokasi pembiayaan penelitian) 2. Presentasi seminar proposal penelitian 3. Survei lapangan untuk pendataan elemen jalan sebagai struktur kota Cirebon, dilakukan pada Agustus dan September 2012 1. Proses analisa dan sintesa penelitian 2. Penyusunan laporan penelitian dan keuangan biaya penelitian, 3. Presentasi seminar hasil penelitian 4. Penyerahan laporan keuangan beserta bukti-bukti pendukung. 5. Penyerahan laporan hasil pelaksanaan penelitian 6. Rencana publikasi makalah hasil penelitian dalam semester Genap 2012/2013, melalui e-jurnal Unpar, Perpustakaan Unpar, jurnal internal TATANAN Jurusan Arsitektur UNPAR dan Warta PURA (lab ARKODEKO), Jurnal Arsitektur, Buletin BAPPEDA Kota Cirebon, Seminar Arsitektur Perkotaan Kami berharap hasil penelitian ini dapat memperkaya bidang penelitian urban waterfront pada kota-kota pesisir di Indonesia – Jurusan Arsitektur - Fakultas Teknik khususnya dan LPPM UNPAR umumnya. Abstrak Tujuannya penelitian ini berupaya mengkonseptualisasikan struktur kota lama dan pengembangan struktur baru pesisir kota Cirebon di masa sekarang. Penelitian ini, mengkaji struktur kota(jalan,sungai,kanal,pantai) sebagai bagian morfologi pembentuk kota Cirebon dan menstrukturisasikan pola pengembangan kawasan pesisir kota ini sebagai waterfront city. Peran kota Cirebon sekarang sebagai ibukota kabupaten Ciebon di Jawa Barat. Kota ini dilintasi oleh jalur Pantura dan berbatasan dengan Kabupaten Indramayu, Kabupaten Majalengka dan Kabupaten Kuningan dan Propinsi Jawa Tengah. Letak kota secara geografis pada koordinat 108° 33´ BT dan 6° 42´ LS. sebagai dataran rendah dengan luas wilayah pantai ±3.810 Ha. Sedimentasi telah menambah luas wilayah administrasi kota, diperkirakan hingga menjadi ± 75 ha. Sejarah mencatat kota ini telah dikenal dari 622 tahun lalu sebagai kota bandar terbuka sampai kekawasan Asia Tenggara dengan pelabuhan Muara Jati di pesisir pantai laut Jawa dan menjadi pusat kerajaan dan penyebaran Islam terutama di wilayah Jawa Barat (1479). Morfologi kota Cirebon tidak terlepas dari perkembangan peran ketiga Kesultanan di kota ini, yaitu: Kesultanan Kasepuhan, Kesultanan Kanoman, dan Kesultan Kaceribonan. Pengaruh perdagangan antar bangsa hingga kolonial Belanda (1596) turut menentukannya, maupun intervensi kekuasaan yang merubah status pemerintahan kota Cirebon dari disahkannya menjadi Gemeente Cheribon (1926), dirubah menjadi Kota Praja (1957), kemudian ditetapkan sebagai Kotamadya (1965) hingga sekarang menjadi Kota Cirebon. Pertumbuhan terencana struktur kota lama signifikan terjadi di era penjajah Belanda, yang mengintervensi struktur awal berbasis lintasan-lintas lokal tradisional. Pembangunan jaringan jalan De Groote Postweg (1808-1811) dan jalur kereta api menghubungkan beberapa kota di pulau Jawa juga melintas kota Cirebon. Kebijakan ini memicu peran kota menjadi kota transit dan berpengaruh pula bagi pertumbuhan industri dan perdagangannya. Peran pelabuhan Cirebon masa sekarang sangat penting mendukung kota-kota di Jawa Barat, disamping adanya jalan Pantura yang melintasinya, menjadikan peran Cirebon berkembang sebagai kota dagang, kota transit dan kota wisata kesejarahan. Dinamika perkembangan ini menuntut tersedianya ruang penunjang bagi kebutuhan kota yang terpadu dengan struktur kota lama. Permasalahan fisik spasial kota di era kebijakan otonomi daerah masa sekarang adalah kendala luas kota Cirebon, yang dibatasi oleh wilayah kabupaten tetangganya maupun pesisir laut Jawa. Akibatnya peluang perkembangan tata ruang kota perlu dikonsepkan secara vertikal dan atau horisontal kearah laut, yaitu mengembangkan potensi dan strukturisasi dataran rendah pesisir yang terbentuk oleh sedimentasi. Diperlukan beberapa penelitian yang memberi dasar kelayakan pelaksanaan konsepsi diatas, diantaranya adalah penelitian struktur (urban path)pesisir kota ini, pada sample kawasan Kelurahan Panjunan, Lemahwungkuk, Kasepuhan, Kasunean - Kota Cirebon. Penelitian morfologi kota ini dilaksanakan pada bulan Agustus–Desember 2012 dan menjadi bagian dalam roadmap penelitian urban architecture waterfront di Indonesia. Metoda penelitian ini berbasis kualitatif- interpretatif. Hasil penelitian ini bermanfaat bagi tatar akademik untuk memperluas wawasan lokalitas arsitektur kota tepian air [urban waterfront], menggali informasi dan kontribusi bagi tataran praktek untuk pengembangan pembangunan kota Cirebon menuju New Waterfront City di masa depan. ANDAYA U:-fIVERSITY OF From an outsider's viewpoint, the diversity of language and ethnic groups scattered through numerous small and often inaccessible islands in Maluku might appear to be a major deterrent to economic contact between communities. But it was because these groups lived on small islands or in forested larger islands with limited arable land that trade with their neighbors was an economic necessity Distrust of strangers was often overcome through marriage or trade partnerships. However, the most . effective justification for cooperation among groups in Maluku was adherence to common origin myths which established familial links with societies as far west as Butung and as far east as the Papuan islands. I The records of the Dutch East India Company housed in the State Archives in The Hague offer a useful glimpse of the operation of local trading networks in Maluku. Although concerned principally with their own economic activities in the area, the Dutch found it necessary to understand something of the nature of Indigenous exchange relationships. The information, however, never formed the basis for a report, but is scattered in various documents in the form of observations or personal experiences of Dutch officials. From these pieces of information it is possible to reconstruct some of the complexity of the exchange in MaJuku in these centuries and to observe the dynamism of local groups in adapting to new economic developments in the area. In addition to the Malukans, there were two foreign groups who were essential to the successful integration of the local trade networks: the and the Chinese.

No. 201) perlu diperluas; bahwa jumlah maksimum bea-berat-barang perlu dinaikkan sesuai dengan harga-harga sekarang; bahwa karena keadaan-keadaan yang mendesak Undang-undang ini perlu segera diadakan; Mengingat : pasal 96 Undang-undang Dasar Sementara Republik Indonesia; Memutuskan: Dengan mencabut Undang-undang Darurat Nr 31 tahun 1950 (Lembaran-Negara Nr 63 tahun 1950); Menetapkan : Undang-undang Darurat Untuk Menambah dan Mengubah Undang- undang Pelabuhan-Berat-Barang (Goederengeld Ordonnantie) Beserta Peraturan Uang-Berat-Barang (Algemeen Goederengeld Reglement). Pasal I. Daftar nama pelabuhan-pelabuhan berat-barang termuat dalam pasal I Ordonansi tertanggal 11 Mei 1927 (Staatsblad 1927 No. 201), ditambah dengan Amurang, Banjarmasin, Bitung. Donggala, Inobonto, Palembang, Petta, Tamoko dan Taruna, sehingga berbunyi sebagai berikut : Tanjung-Priuk, Cirebon, Tegal, Pekalongan, Semarang, Surabaya, Pasuruan, Probolinggo, Banyuwangi, Cilacap, Panjang, Palembang, Jambi, Rengat, Pakan-Baru, Bagan Siapi-api, Labuan- bilik, Asahan, Tanjungtiram, Tanjungberingin, Belawan, Tanjung- pura, Langsa, Lho Seumawe, Sigli, Uleeltene, Sibolga, Teluk Bayur, Bengkulen, Pontianak, Sambas, Sampit, Samarinda, Tanjung- redeb. Makassar, Menado, Bitung, Gorontalo, Amboina, Banda Neira, Ternate, Buleleng, Ampenan, Banjarmasin, Benoa, Donggala, Taruna, Tamoko, Petta, Amurang dan Inobonto. Pasal II. Initially published by M.O. Parlindungan in 1964, historians have increasingly begun to use these documents when reconstructing Java’s early Islamic history. This article is a long overdue attempt to positively identify the Dutch colonial official (Cornelis Poortman) whom Parlindungan claims to have received the texts from. Although the article establishes that Parlindungan almost cer- tainly knew this individual, discrepancies between his version of Poortman’s career and official Dutch records raise questions about whether Poortman could have found the two Kronik Tionghua, at least in the manner described. The article then ends with a close textual analysis of both Kronik Tionghua which demonstrates the possibility that both texts were written by a modern, Dutch-educated author. The art- icle therefore concludes that both texts are probable fabrications, albeit ones based on authentic texts. In 1964, the Indonesian Batak historian, Mangaradja Onggang Parlindungan, published a book entitled Tuanku Rao. This text, designed to glorify a nineteenth- century Minangkabau teacher of the same name (and who had been active in the Batak lands), included as an appendix an edited version of two reputedly peranakan (Sino-Malay) Javanese manuscripts. These agreements were causing severe loss to the Sultanate which had an impact on the nobility and the ordinary people. The Dutch government also managed to make the Sultanate of Banjarmasin powerless and made the Sultanate into her territory, so the Sultanate of Banjarmasin was no longer sovereign. The Dutch government put her representatives in Banjarmasin and managed to rule the economic potential was owned by the Sultanate which is the coal mines. Banjarmasin Sultanate eventually collapsed into the territory of the Netherlands East Indies government in 1860, resulting in a change of government in Banjarmasin. Sultan no longer existed, that there arose Banjarmasin war against the government of the Netherlands East Indies. Furthermore, the Sultan families, the nobility, and common people were hand in hand to rebel against the Netherlands government, which was well known as “Banjarmasin War”. Wolters The Palembang Coast during the Fourteenth and Fifteenth Centuries I had always supposed that the metropolitan centers of Srivijaya, though probably dispersed according to their royal, social, commercial, or food-supplying functions, were in the neighborhood o f modern Palem­ bang city. I was among those influenced by the presence there of seventh century inscriptions, and I also assumed that the area where Bukit Seguntang stood had long ago possessed relig iou s prestige among Malays and contributed to the fame of the Palembang area. I did not believe that the capital of Srivijaya had always been in the Palembang area. Palembang enjoyed this status from the seventh century until the second half of the eleventh, when the Malay overlord*s center was moved to the Jambi area where it remained until turbulent events in the second half of the fourteenth century set in train the foundation of the Malay maritime empire of Malacca by a Palembang prince. Study on morphometric variations and genetic diversity of the mantis shrimp (Harpiosquilla raphidea) from Karimata strait and Java sea waters has been conducted from January 2013 to April 2014. H. raphidea samples were collected from six locations i.e. Teluk Jakarta, Cirebon, Semarang, Tanjung pandan, Pontianak and Jambi waters. A total of 360 H. raphidea individuals have been collected from Karimata strait and Java sea waters. Based on Canonical Discriminant Univariate Statistics Analyses, 20 out of 22 morphometric characters were significantly different (P<0.01). The highest internal diversity of H. raphidea population (84.16%) was in Teluk Jakarta, while the lowest one was in Pontianak (56%). According to the multiple alignment analyses, there were 10 haplotypes distributed from Karimata strait (Jambi, Tanjung Pandan, Pontianak) and from Java sea waters (Teluk Jakarta, Cirebon, Semarang). The results showed a classification of six populations into three groups among the H. raphidea population, based on the analysis of genetic distance. The purpose of this study is to measure the readiness level of Banjarmasin city smart mobility.
