For horses four years old only, which have a current registered Hunters Certifcate issued by any recognised pack of hounds in Great Britain, and which at starting have not won any race under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (other than a private match or sweepstake). To be run over two-and-a-half miles SECOND RACE THE MAUREEN DAVIES 100TH BIRTHDAY RESTRICTED RACE, £150 to the winner, £100 to the second and £50 to the third, For the CECIL 7TH BARON FORESTER CHALLENGE CUP and mementoes to the winning owner and Rider. For horses which have a current registered Hunters Certifcate issued by any recognised pack of hounds in Great Britain, and which at starting has not won any Race under the Rules of any Recognised Racing Authority other than National Hunt Flat races or Flat races, or any Point-to-Point Steeple Chase other than Maiden Races and Hunt Members Races; To be run over approximately two-and-a-half miles. Penalties: A winner on or since 1st October 2019 to 30th September 2020 inclusive, of three or more eligible Steeplechase, Hurdle Race or Flat Races under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (Point-to-Points excepted) OR a winner of two eligible Steeplechase, Hurdle Race or Flat Races under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (Point-to-Points excepted) and one or more Mens, Ladies or Mixed Open Point-to-Point race in this period, to carry 5lb extra. Further penalties apply for wins on or since 1st October 2020 in an eligible Steeplechase or Hurdle race under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (Point-to-Points excepted) or in a Mens, Ladies or Mixed Open Point-to-Point; for one such win 3lb extra; for two such wins 5lb; for three or more such wins 7lb; maximum total penalty to be carried is 7lb. NINTH RACE THE HIGHFLYER BLOODSTOCK FOUR AND FIVE YEAR OLD POINT-TO-POINT FLAT RACE, about 2m, For the WW BISHOP PERPETUAL CHALLENGE CUP and Mementoes to the winning Owner and Rider. For maiden four and fve-year-olds only, which have not run under the Rules of any recognised Racing Authority (Point-to-Point Steeplechases included; Point-to-Point Flat races excepted), and which have not run in more than two Point-to-Point Flat races; for riders who have either (i) ridden more than 5 winners prior to the Thursday before the date of this Point-to-Point Steeplechase or (ii) in addition to a Point-to-Point RQC hold a current Category A or Category B Permit to ride under Rules; to be run over approximately two miles. Weights: All 5yo horses and geldings shall carry 11st 12lb, 5yo Mares will carry 11st 5lb, 4yo horses and geldings shall carry 11st 3lb and 4yo Mares and fllies shall carry 10st 10lb.
