Bramdean is situated midway between Winchester and Petersfield and is surrounded by attractive rolling farmland and Downland. It has white colour washed elevations with two slate roof extensions to the rear including conservation double glazing. The present owners have carried out a comprehensive programme of restoration to the cottage and it is beautifully presented throughout. The front door opens into the well-proportioned sitting room with wood burning stove, and there is a small hallway at the rear with steps up to a newly fitted kitchen by John Lewis of Hungerford with fitted appliances, composite quartz and oak worktops and a slate floor. Double glazed doors open out on to the terrace and garden. Off the sitting room there is a study/bedroom 4 with cloakroom off. From the sitting room a door opens through into a small vestibule with access into the dining room and through to a shower room at the rear of the cottage and a utility room and door out to the garden. A turned staircase rises to the first floor landing with space for a desk.
