CREW Wednesday 27th April 2016 – 12.00pm – 5.00pm REGISTRATION Crew need to be present for the whole duration of registration as you will help to set up the event.

LETTER OF AGREEMENT This will be signed at Crew Registration

ATTIRE Wednesday 27th April – please wear casual clothing, we will give you a crew t-shirt for you to wear on the event days.

Thursday 28th – Friday 29th April - Please wear smart attire for the duration of the event (no denim please). Black or navy pants with closed comfortable shoes are recommended. You will be provided with a crew t-shirt on Tuesday which you will wear for the event. If you think you might be cold in a t-shirt, please bring a BLACK long sleeve top to wear under your crew t-shirt. TRANSPORT BY CAR From Sydney Airport:  Depart from the Sydney Domestic Airport  Head west towards Shiers Ave  Slight left onto Ninth St, Qantas Drive and continue onto Airport Drive.  Take the ramp to Rockdale/Metroad 5 Sydney/Metroad 3 and merge onto Marsh St.  Turn right to merge onto M5 East Freeway towards Liverpool/Canberra/M5 Motorway.  Exit at King Georges Rd for Metroad 3 and slight right to stay on King Georges Rd.  Continue onto Wiley Ave, slight right onto Roberts Rd and continue onto Centenary Drive and Homebush Bay Drive.  Exit at Australia Ave and follow signs for Olympic Park.  Once merge onto Australia Ave, turn left onto Dawn Fraser Ave and take the 2nd right onto Showground Rd and the next right onto Grand Parade.  Exhibition Halls are on your left.  Journey takes 32 minutes. From Sydney CBD:  Get on George St. and head north towards Park St.  Turn left onto Druitt St. and take the ramp onto M4.  Exit at The Crescent and merge onto The Crescent/Metroad 4 towards Ashfield/ Parramatta.  Turn right onto Parramatta Rd and right again onto Underwood Rd.  At the roundabout, take the 2nd exit onto Australia Ave and turn left onto Dawn Fraser Ave. Then take the 2nd right onto Showground Rd.  Turn right onto Grand Parade Road. The Exhibition Hall 2 is on your left.  Journey takes 26 minutes.

WALKING Sydney Olympic Park is also a short 15 minute flat walk from Concord West Station, or a 25 minute walk from Lidcombe.

BY BUS Sydney Buses operates bus services to and from Sydney Olympic Park to the following locations:  Burwood Westfield  Strathfield Station  Newington  Rydalmere  University of Western Sydney (UWS), Nepean Campus Rydalmere  Parramatta Station  Lidcombe Station  Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf

BY TRAIN Train services operated by CityRail run to and from Olympic Park Station. Olympic Park Sprint operates between Lidcombe Station and Olympic Park Station at 20 minute intervals. Direct services between Central Station and Olympic Park Station weekdays only.

BY FERRY Sydney Ferries operates a daily service between Circular Quay and Parramatta stopping at Sydney Olympic Park Ferry Wharf.

PARKING Parking is easy with 10,000 car parking spaces available at Sydney Olympic Park. Two hour free parking is available on Grand parade between Orana Parade and Olympic Boulevard Parking for the event is Available at P1 and P6; Casual parking is available for $4 per hour or $20 per day maximum. MEALS Lunch will be provided on Wednesday 27th April 2016. Meals will be provided from Thursday 28th – Friday 29th April 2016.
