Report on the application of Articles 16&17 - STATISTICAL STATEMENT

TV Channels sheet A pre-filled list of channels is established on the basis of data available on the MAVISE database of the European Audiovisual Broadcaster, channels Observatory. Additional channels can be added freely by inserting rows.

Type Choose between: generalist, fiction, cinema, children, documentaries, other.

European Works as a percentage of Total Qualifying Time (please enter NO if the channel was non-operational, enter NC if no data is available or EX in case of specifc exemption for a given year, in accordance with the provisions of the directive. Channels totally EW exempted over the whole period should not be reported here but in the exempted channels sheet) European Works made by Independent Producers as a percentage of Total Qualifying Time (please enter NO if the channel was non- IP operational, enter NC if no data is available or EX in case of specifc exemption for a given year). A list of pre-excluded channels is available on a separate sheet. Channels where information is insufficient to determine if the channel should be excluded on the basis of the abovementioned types are highlighted in yellow by default (channels which may be exempted due to their type or on the basis of articles 18, 2(6) or recital 72 of AVMSD).
