Game Tickets Available online at ticketmaster.ca/greycup or by calling Ticketmaster at 1-855-959-5000 OR the Edmonton Eskimos at 780-448-ESKS (3757). A valid ticket is required for entry. Entry will not be granted with the presentation of only a ticket confirmation. Will Call Ticket Booth Gate 13 (SE Stadium corner). Customers must present photo ID. 14.11.2018 1 Customer Service and Ticketing Customer service attendants are available outside of all Gates. Ticketing issues can be addressed at any Gate Ticket Box Office. Entry Gates - Commonwealth Stadium 2:00 PM Stadium Main Entry Gates open at Gates 2, 6, 9 and 13. Weather Policy The game will continue regardless of cold or snowy weather. Come prepared for the weather as Commonwealth Stadium is an outdoor Stadium. Getting to the Stadium Road Closures 11:30 AM - 11:00 PM Stadium Road will be closed to vehicle traffic To confirm road closures before, during, and after the event, please see edmonton.ca for up-to-date information. Parking Restrictions There is NO public parking on site at Commonwealth Stadium. ● Public transportation is highly encouraged. ● Parking restrictions will be in effect in the neighborhoods which surround Commonwealth Stadium 11:30 AM – 10:00 PM ● ONLY residents with valid permits will be permitted to park in these areas. ● Vehicles in violation of the residential parking restrictions will be tagged and towed. ● The City asks all guests to be courteous and respect the neighborhoods that surround Commonwealth Stadium. Accessible Drop-Off, Parking & Stadium Entrances The accessible drop-off location is in the North LRT Lot off (112th Ave & 86 Street) There is limited accessible parking in the North LRT Lot at Stadium Road 112 Avenue for vehicles with a valid placards. Gates 2, 6 & 9 are accessible entrances. If you require elevator access, please use Gate 11. Off Site Parking Borden Park Parking - $16 Entrance: 112 Ave. & 73rd St. Take Bus #2 to Commonwealth Stadium. Edmonton Expo Centre Parking - $10 Entrance: 116 Ave. & 73rd St. Take LRT to Coliseum LRT Station. 14.11.2018 2 Public Transit Service - Edmonton Transit Service BUS & LRT Service Ticket to Ride Your Grey Cup game ticket is valid for a free ride on the LRT or regular Edmonton Transit Service (ETS) bus service to Commonwealth Stadium for your pre-game transportation, beginning at 11 AM on November 25th. Hold on to your game ticket as it will give you the same service for your return trip up to two hours after the game ends. Bus Service - Six Park & Ride Locations ETS will operate dedicated bus service from Football Park & Ride lots beginning at 1:30pm, with the last bus departing each lot at 5pm. Following the game, Park & Ride service will return passengers to their respective lots beginning at 7pm until the stadium is empty. SIX PARK & RIDE LOCATIONS: Burns City Lot 70 Street and 121 Avenue Calder City Lot 124 Street and 124 Avenue Davies City Lot 86 Street and 61 Avenue Mill Woods Town Center 66 Street and 23 Avenue Kingsway Mall 109 Street and Kingsway Avenue Lewis Farms 1021 Webber Greens Drive LRT Service From start of service until approximately noon, Capital Line LRT, which stops at Stadium station, will operate every 15 minutes. After noon, frequency will increase to every 7–8 minutes until approximately 10pm. Metro Line trains will operate on a regular Sunday schedule. Please give yourself extra travel time. Alternative Transportation to the Stadium Bicycle Racks Bicycle Racks are available at Commonwealth Stadium outside Gates 2, 6, 9 and 13. Taxi Drop off areas Taxis are able to drop and pick up fares on the North side of 112 Avenue, between 84 Street and 86 Street, and on the West side of 84 Street, between 112 Avenue and 115 Avenue. Limousine Drop Off areas Limousines are able to drop and pick up their customers on the North side of 112 Avenue, between 86 Street and 90 Street, and on the West side of 86 Street, between 112 Avenue and 114 Avenue. General Public and Rideshare Drop Off area 14.11.2018 3 A dedicated drop off and pick up location for the general public and rideshare is available at the following locations: ● South side of 113 Avenue, between 79 Street and 82 Street. ● East side of 95 Street, between 108A Avenue and 110A Avenue. ● West side of 95 Street, between 109A Avenue and 110A Avenue. ● West side of 84 Street, 85 Street, North of 110 Avenue. ● North Side of 85 Street, 84 Street and 106A Avenue. Entrances at Commonwealth Stadium ARRIVE EARLY TO THE STADIUM, Stadium Gates will open at 2pm. All Stadium Entry Gates will be very busy and will include security screening measures and ticket validation. Fans are reminded to plan ahead, arrive early, and please enter through the Gate indicated on your ticket, so that all fans can get to their seats and enjoy all the exciting action on the field and in the Stadium. Security Measures at Commonwealth Stadium Commonwealth Stadium’s top priority is to provide safe and enjoyable, world class experiences for all fans and guests during events. All guests entering the stadium are subject to mandatory bag search, random individual pat downs, additional security screening and may be subject to physical search. Anyone who declines the security screening may be denied entry or ejected from Commonwealth Stadium.. All bags that are brought into the stadium are subject to inspection upon entry and are subject to additional inspections within the stadium. Please have your bag open ready for inspection before entering the Gates. Plan ahead, arrive early to ensure a smooth entry into the Stadium for everyone. Prohibited Items at Commonwealth Stadium Anyone possessing any of these items may be denied entry or subject to removal. Anyone that may be denied entry or removed for any violation will not be issued a refund. For your safety and comfort, guests who interfere with game, use foul language, make obscene gestures, smoke, or appear to be impaired, and any other conduct that may be deemed to be inappropriate by Stadium Security, may be subject to eviction from the Stadium and the Grey Cup game and possible arrest. ● When you cheer, please do so responsibly. ● Respect stadium staff, guests, and visitors at all times. ● Drink responsibly. Sit in your ticketed seat and show your ticket upon request. ● Ensure that your clothing, signs and banners are not offensive. ● Ensure that you are not blocking another guest’s view of the event. When you come to the game, we want you to bring the noise for your team! Alcohol Policy Alcohol may NOT be brought into the stadium. ● A wide range of beverage options are available for purchase inside the stadium. ● All guests who appear under the age of 25 will be required to show valid ID to purchase alcohol. ● Guests serving alcohol to minors will be subject to arrest. ● Guests attempting to bring alcohol into the stadium will be denied entry or removed. 14.11.2018 5 o Any guest that is denied entry or removed for any violation of facility rules will NOT be issued a refund.
