1955 Austin Healey 100 - BN1 - Newly Restored Date Listed: 04-Nov-14 Price: $95,000.00 Address: Monkton, ON This car has been subjected to a full documented restoration/rebuild by a foremost Healey 100 restorer & renowned Healey judge & expert. Everything on the car has been expertly refurbished, or replaced if that was not possible. A complete new chassis was used, all the metalwork was repaired or remanufactured by a leading sheet metal craftsman to the highest of standards. The bodywork and paint are excellent and the colour is the correct and original to the car, Healey Blue. The mechanical aspects of the car have all been rebuilt using the best of original refurbished parts or new where needed. The engine starts on the button and settles to a smooth clean idle. All the gears work well and internal gearbox parts have been replaced as necessary. The overdrive functions as it should. The entire wiring harness & all the ancillary harnesses have been replaced with new, correct style wiring. All suspension & steering parts have been replaced or rebuilt to top standards & car sits at the correct ride height. New wheels & original style new Dunlop Roadspeed tires are fitted. The interior is all correctly finished in blue/grey leather as original, and the interior panels & carpet are of the correct style, finish & colour match as original. The windshield is new as are the sidescreens. Finishing off the car are a new convertible top and a matching tonneau cover. The mandate when starting the rebuild on this car was to return it to the condition it was in when it left the factory and to be able to win a gold certificate in the Marque Concours Judging. This it has achieved. The car has only been driven approximately 125 miles since the restoration was completed and has been stored in a heated garage. 1968 Jaguar MK2- 340 RHD 4SP+OD (Rebuilt Motor Incl.) Date Listed: 03-Dec-14 Price: $6,995.00 Address: Brechin, ON L0K 1B0 Drive a Piece of Motoring History! Imagine looks you will get driving around in a classic, right-hand drive Jaguar automobile… with her twin-cam 3.4 litre motor purring and her chrome and wire wheels gleaming! Few driving experiences are more exciting than opening up the throttles of her twin Smith Union carburetors and listening to her rumble down the motorway. She is a 1968 Jaguar MK2 – 340, purchased new in Macclesfield, England, originally fitted with a 3.4 litre motor & a Laycock de Normanville 4-spd with electric OD Moss gearbox. She was brought over in 1970s to Toronto. I have owned her myself for almost 20 years, but sadly, she has sat in my garage for last 7 without moving an inch & I have come to realization that she would be happier if she served another Coventry Lane aficionado. She requires some work, for someone other than me to lovingly restore to new, although much of this work has been done already. The car is relatively complete & she comes with some greatly-valued extras such as a rebuilt motor & brand new (appropriate) Dayton wire wheels, purchased from SNG Barratt Group, still in the box! She also comes with a spare, working Moss gearbox. Original (#’s matching) engine & transmission, as well as afore-mentioned rebuilt motor & spare transmission are sold as a package. The rebuilt motor is original to a 340 & spare transmission is identical to the original one as well. I have many other spare parts that go along with the sale including a spare heater and rear suspension. The gas tank was fully refurbished and lined. Oddly, she has the rare, factory-original chrome trailer hitch! The red interior is in good, usable condition, the burl walnut dash restored, but I would recommend recovering the original ambla seats with leather. The instrumentation is complete and fully functional. The glass is very good. The door panels and woodwork are quite nice. Her body is showing her age a bit and could use some bodywork to put her right. Some rust is evident in some of the usual MK2 places but the monocoque, unit body frame is strong. There is some accident damage on the right rear corner. The chrome bumpers are quite nice as is most of the stainless brightwork. I have some very interesting original documents as well. Ask for Monte. She can be found resting soundly at my home in Bayshore Village, between Brechin and Orillia. 416-432-7067

1979 Triumph TR7 Fixed Head Coupe for parts Date Listed: 21-Dec-14 Price: $500.00 Address: Manotick, ON K4M 1B4 The car is complete and was in regular use until just recently when it was damaged by a small fire at the bulkhead and lower rear of the engine. It is mostly rubber hoses and ignition wiring that has been burned and, it is believed, was ignited by an exhaust system leak. The clutch hydraulic line was also ruptured. The starter motor still works and the engine turns over on the starter. The interior of the car was not affected by the fire and the body shows only very minor paint bubbling on the bonnet/hood.
