PURPOSE OF PAPER: Declarations of Interest: (Linking to Strategic Objectives) In accordance with the CCG’s Conflicts of Interest Policy, the Register of Interest for CCG Board members, the GP membership, employees and interim and sessional employees, including clinical leads, will be submitted annually to the Board for noting. The Register is attached detailing the relevant and material interests declared since the last report received by the Board in January 2015. In accordance with the CCG’s Constitution and section 140 of The National Health Service Act 2006, the CCG’s chief officer must be informed of any interest which may lead to a conflict with the interests of the CCG and the public for whom we commission services in relation to a decision to be made by the CCG, that needs to be included in the Register within 28 days of the individual becoming aware of the potential for a conflict. The Register will be updated regularly (at no more than 3-monthly intervals).
