Cecilia is from Sao Paulo, Brazil and made her way to CRC in connection with a local Paragould family with whom she was living. After attending CRC, she attended Oklahoma Christian University from 1983 - 1986 and earned a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. In 1991, she came in contact with the ARBONNE Company, a beauty products company who markets products by a network of independent consultants. After 6 years with ARBONNE, she became an Executive National VP and has now had that distinction for 26 years. Cecilia is very successful Christian, a national top producer for Arbonne, and has spoken to large audiences about Goal Setting and How to be Successful in business. We are so thankful that she is willing to come back to CRC and deliver our commencement address on Saturday, May 13, 2017 at 11:00 am in the Carter Activities Center on CRC’s Campus. Page 3 CRC’s CuRRent Funding needs List these aRe PRioRity needs FoR which cRc is seeking immediate Funding • $3,000,000 – Construction cost for 100 to 120 bed female dormitory. • $714,000 – To pay the current unfunded portion of Scholarships awarded to CRC students this year. We are thankful to receive about $126,000 annually in Scholarship donations. These scholarship gifts are a tremendous blessing to our students and are awarded for Bible majors, academic achievements, music, drama, athletics and for a variety of specialized areas/needs. This year students will be given approximately $840,000 in Scholarship awards making their cost of attending College more affordable. • $350,000 – Construction cost for 3,740 square feet educational facility with classrooms, offices, restrooms & storage. • $295,000 – 3rd Honor Housing apartment complex, 14 beds for junior/senior year or married students. • $200,000 – Adding concrete around CRC’s campus – 1.) Five parking areas in front of cafeteria. 2.) Main campus road from Cafeteria to Johnson Honor Housing to Tennis Courts to Winters Hall. 3.) Road from Maintenance Shop and RV Park to the Collegiate Baseball/Softball Complex. Total estimated cost of more than $200,000 at $2.38 per square foot. • $187,308 – Total cost of Wilson Hall Interior Renovation of the dorm rooms, bathrooms, hallways, ceiling tiles/fixtures and stairway fixtures for both women/men’s wings. • $125,000 – Landscape interior of pond, including brick or block next to water and Mary House Project with Bell Tower renovation with park area also near or connecting to pond. • $100,000 – 120 ft x 25 ft addition to Carter Activities Center to house additional Physical Education classrooms, restrooms, offices, and work out area.

We decided to do things a little differently in choosing the 2019 Homecoming Court. The student body chose both men and women from the Freshmen, Sophomores, and Upperclassmen. These 24 students represented CRC at Homecoming Festivities on Saturday, February 9, 2019. Pictured above, l to r, are freshmen Christian Gilbert, Olivia Deckelman, Zorey Chipman, Hannah Powell, Garrett Wilson, Kaytlynn Haynes, Issac Dodson, and Kaprise Anuu. Sophomores, Zachary Duty, Ashley Pyeatt, Ted Crigler, Hannah Cunningham, Austin Gross, Nakeeva Brandon, Bobby Wright, and Allegra Melton. Upperclassmen, Lexy Chipman, Summer Maxwell, Trent Jones, Bailey Loge, Daniel Parrish, Tessa Johnson, Logan Russell, and Maggie Eaker. An additional change was the student body chose both a Homecoming Queen and a Homecoming King. Pictured right is Logan Russell, a senior Business Administration Major from Mammoth Spring, AR who was crowned CRC’s first ever Homecoming King andSummer Maxwell, a junior Business Administration Major from Forrest City, AR was crowned this year’s Queen. The 55th Anniversary Celebration began with an Alumni Chapel at 10 am that included singing and a devo thought led by CRC alumni, Tyler Killough and Chase Almond. Present day Justified and Choralaire members were joined by alumni members of their respective groups and presented a couple of skits and special numbers. This was followed by an indoor tailgate with burgers and hotdogs. Men’s and Women’s Basketball games followed with the coronation at halftime of the men’s game.
