SAFETY • The Bisons have three starters returning in the secondary--senior strong safety Sevohn Greer, senior free safety Rocky Hall, and senior nickel back Cam Clark. • Greer was a consensus All-Region honoree in 2006. He led the team with 2007 Returning Statistical Leaders 70 tackles, 11.0 tackles for loss, and 4.5 sacks. His backup is redshirt freshman Steve Hudson. Passing Comp. Att. Pct. We decided to do things a little differently in choosing the 2019 Homecoming Court. The student body chose both men and women from the Freshmen, Sophomores, and Upperclassmen. These 24 students represented CRC at Homecoming Festivities on Saturday, February 9, 2019. Pictured above, l to r, are freshmen Christian Gilbert, Olivia Deckelman, Zorey Chipman, Hannah Powell, Garrett Wilson, Kaytlynn Haynes, Issac Dodson, and Kaprise Anuu. Sophomores, Zachary Duty, Ashley Pyeatt, Ted Crigler, Hannah Cunningham, Austin Gross, Nakeeva Brandon, Bobby Wright, and Allegra Melton. Upperclassmen, Lexy Chipman, Summer Maxwell, Trent Jones, Bailey Loge, Daniel Parrish, Tessa Johnson, Logan Russell, and Maggie Eaker. An additional change was the student body chose both a Homecoming Queen and a Homecoming King. Pictured right is Logan Russell, a senior Business Administration Major from Mammoth Spring, AR who was crowned CRC’s first ever Homecoming King andSummer Maxwell, a junior Business Administration Major from Forrest City, AR was crowned this year’s Queen. The 55th Anniversary Celebration began with an Alumni Chapel at 10 am that included singing and a devo thought led by CRC alumni, Tyler Killough and Chase Almond. Present day Justified and Choralaire members were joined by alumni members of their respective groups and presented a couple of skits and special numbers. This was followed by an indoor tailgate with burgers and hotdogs. Men’s and Women’s Basketball games followed with the coronation at halftime of the men’s game.

He also has kicked off 29 times, with 11 touchbacks (with 2 pinning opponents within the 20), a successful onside kick and 3 unsuccessful onside kicks, and he has a a tackle and rush for minus 2 yards on a fake field goal. He has appeared in 17 games in his career. 2020: Brown did not see action as a backup placekicker and kickoff specialist as a senior in 2020. 2019: Brown served as a backup placekicker as a junior in 2019. Overall in 2019 while appearing in 6 games (BYU, Utah, Washington, Arizona State, California, Iowa), he kicked off 17 times, with 8 touchbacks and a successful onside kick (that he recovered), and he had a tackle. He had touchbacks on all 4 of his kickoffs at BYU and on 4 of his 5 kickoffs against Utah. He kicked off twice at Washington and had a tackle. He had 4 kickoffs at Arizona State and kicked off once at California. He recovered his own onside kick against Iowa. 2018: Brown, returning healthy from a 2017 knee injury, assumed the placekicking job for the last 9 games of 2018 as a sophomore.
