GOAAH – A WALK IN GENOA & "FOCACCIA" TAKE AWAY Duration: 3.5 hours Meet your guide on the pier and start your tour in the biggest historical centre in Europe. The centre of Genoa is characterised by typical alleyways, called Caruggi, and is one of the greatest examples in Europe of a preserved medieval city. You will be surprised by the multiplicity of streets that intersect to form a tangled labyrinth of alleys that "debouch" in the old harbour and unwind around the cathedral. The more "patrician" streets are located near Via Aurea and Piazza De Ferrari that, with its big fountain, is a must photo for tourists.
