he Industry Showcase is among the top events of the National Association ofCollege and University TFood Services (NACUFS) National Conference. This year’s event, scheduled for July 10 and 11 at the Marriott Wardman Park Hotel in Washington, D.C., fea- tures more than 90,000 square feet of exhibit space. More than 200 vendors will be on hand to showcase the latest and greatest in products and services targeted toward the college and university foodservice market. Throughout the large and crowded show floor, attendees will find new food offerings, exciting branded concepts and franchise opportunities and just about every- thing else.
