THE OFFER FOR THE MONTH OF NOVEMBER’19 UNDER EXTENT EXPIRING FSA (CUT OFF DATE 30/09/2018) TO THOSE COKERY UNITS WHO HAVE SUCCESSFULLY BID THEIR COAL REQUIREMENT UNDER AUCTION OF COAL LINKAGE FOR OTHER SUB-SECTOR (TRANCHE-IV) CONCLUDED ON JUNE-2019 AND ALSO SUBMITTED THEIR CONSENT FOR SUPPLY IN TERMS OF CIL NOTICE NO. CIL/M&S/LINKAGE AUCTION/565 DATED 12.10.2018. (LIST OF CONSUMERS IS ENCLOSED IN ANNEXURE-I). RTGS PAYMENT AND COMPLETE APPLICATIONS ALONG WITH DOCUMENTS AS MENTIONED ABOVE ETC. SHALL BE ACCEPTED IN ROAD SALES SECTION W.E.F 12.12.2019 TO 21.12.2019. Consumers are required to make RTGS Payment in favour of Limited A/c.______(name of the consumer along with their application) payable at Dhanbad and they must deposit the same during the commencement and expiry of the date of booking indicating their consumer code numbers along with Bank advice and other relevant details in Road Sales Section of BCCL up to 3.00 PM on each working day except Saturday when the same will be accepted till 1.00 PM. The sale orders will be issued only when cleared amount is available in the account of consumer (consumer code number).No application(s) will be accepted by post/courier or through dispatch section. Minimum booking acceptable will be 10 tonnes. The management reserves the right to amend/modify or cancel/withdraw this notice without assigning any reason thereof whatsoever. The offer/price shall be amended if any discrepancy is found in quantity, grade, size, price or source at any point of time. NOTE- BOOKING BY VARIOUS COKERY CONSUMERS IS SUBJECT TO SUBMISSION OF VALID CONSENT TO OPERATE CERTIFICATE FROM DEPARTMENT.
