While this paradigm works for the expert scheduler, it is not conducive to collaboration, and it is prohibitively difficult for non-scheduling experts to understand. Furthermore, a number of drawbacks intrinsic to CPM prevent schedulers from being able to produce the most realistic and reliable schedules possible.
