15th Year Reunion JUNE 9–12, 2016

Dear Classmate,

It’s time to register for our 15th Year Reunion! Make plans now to join your friends and classmates June 9–12 (Thursday to Sunday) for a fantastic weekend full of class festivities and university events. Visit your favorite campus and Ithaca hot spots, catch up with old friends, and fall in love with Cornell again. You’ll be able to enjoy athletic activities, lectures, tours, Greek receptions, college events, musical performances, tent parties, and much more!

At our 15th Year Reunion, we will also honor up to three classmates for their professional and personal achievements, as well as their service to Cornell, with the inaugural Class of 2001 Achievement Award.

Reunion can be an all-inclusive weekend vacation or a day trip. We’ve made sure that there are a variety of activities for the weekend, including events that are family-oriented as well as perfect for singles. In addition to the hundreds of all-alumni activities, our class has a number of special events planned, including class breakfasts and dinners, an “Intro to Wines Class,” and informal games and activities at our class headquarters. There also will be plenty of kid-friendly events, including “Fun in the Sun.” So, whether you’re bringing the kids or coming on your own, there is something for everyone!

We are working hard to create a Reunion that captures the spirit of the Class of 2001. To that end, we are collecting information about your Cornell experience which will be incorporated into our class Reunion programming. Please assist us in these efforts by completing our class registration survey. A link to the survey will be included in your registration confirmation e-mail. And as a thank you, every classmate who completes a survey will be entered into a raffle to receive one of two $100 gift certificates to the Cornell Campus Store.

This brochure provides an overview about registration, housing, and events. Please visit our Class of 2001 website, classof01.alumni.cornell.edu, for additional details on the following:

• Class events and housing • Class registration (register online today!) • Childcare options and helpful details on bringing the family • Athletic events registration • A link to the university’s Reunion website, alumni.cornell.edu/reunion, that lists all of the activities and events Cornell will be offering, along with the opportunity to build your own itinerary

To take advantage of the special early bird discount rates, your registration must be submitted online by midnight EST on May 10. And as a special treat, the first 30 classmates to register will receive their choice of a special souvenir upon arrival at class headquarters.

Be sure to check the list of registered classmates on our class website, classof01.alumni.cornell.edu. If you don’t see your friends listed, please contact them and encourage them to attend so you can experience Reunion together.
