Anti-GNAI3 monoclonal antibody, clone FQS22011 (DCABH-6253) This product is for research use only and is not intended for diagnostic use.

PRODUCT INFORMATION

Product Overview Rabbit monoclonal to GNAI3

Antigen Description Guanine nucleotide-binding (G proteins) are involved as modulators or transducers in various transmembrane signaling systems. G(k) is the stimulatory G of receptor-regulated K(+) channels. The active GTP-bound form prevents the association of RGS14 with centrosomes and is required for the translocation of RGS14 from the cytoplasm to the plasma membrane. May play a role in cell division.

Immunogen Synthetic peptide (the amino acid sequence is considered to be commercially sensitive) within Human GNAI3 aa 300 to the C-terminus (C terminal). The exact sequence is proprietary.Database link: P08754
