Generalversammlung der Europäischen Turnunion ~ 1. und 2. Dezember 2017 im Hotel Le Meridien Lav in Split (CRO) Vorsitz : Herr Georges GUELZEC, Präsident der UEG Tagesordnung: gemäß Veröffentlichung in der Kongressbroschüre BEGRÜSSUNG DES UEG PRÄSIDENTEN Im Namen der UEG heißt Georges Guelzec alle Teilnehmer herzlich in Split zum 27. Kongress willkommen. Er begrüßt herzlich die anwesenden Persönlichkeiten, vor allem die Ehrenmitglieder: Bruno Grandi, Ehrenpräsident der FIG und Ehrenmitglied der UEG, Sylvio Kroll, Gianfranco Marzolla, Viktor Saaron, Anca Gabriela Mihailescu Grigoras, Dominique Muller-Lauth und Danielle Duchoud. Anschließend gibt er das Wort an: Stevo Tkalčec, Präsident des Kroatischen Turnverbands S. Tkalčec übermittelt die Freude des Kroatischen Turnverbands, diesen Kongress ausrichten zu können und heißt die Gäste willkommen: • Herrn Bruno Grandi, ehemaliger Präsident der FIG, • Herrn Željko Jerkov, Vizepräsident des Kroatischen NOK, • Herrn Krešimir Šamija, Unterstaatssekretär für den Sport in der Republik Kroatien, • Herrn Tonči Glavina, Staatssekretär des Fremdenverkehrsministeriums der Republik Kroatien • Herrn Andro Krstulović Opara, Bürgermeister von Split und Delegierter des Ministers der Republik Kroatien. S. Tkalčec ist sehr zufrieden, dass die Stadt Split die Möglichkeit hat, eine so wichtige Veranstaltung wie den Wahlkongress der UEG zu organisieren. Er weiß, dass die Auswahl der ausrichtenden Stadt nicht einfach war, da alle eingereichten Kandidaturen ausgezeichnet waren; aus diesem Grunde ist der Kroatische Turnverband stolz und dankbar für das ihm entgegengebrachte Vertrauen. Es ist das erste Mal, dass Kroatien einen Kongress für die UEG organisiert. Er hebt hervor, dass der NV CRO ein junger Verband ist. Er spricht über die Vergangenheit Kroatiens und dass das Land während des Krieges leider nicht viele sportliche Tätigkeiten anbieten konnte. Aber trotz allem hat es das Land geschafft, das Turnen aufrechtzuerhalten und zu entwickeln. Einige Vereine hatten weder die notwendigen Infrastrukturen noch die Hallen. Aber man hat es trotzdem geschafft, alle notwendigen Bedingungen für das Turnen und die Turner weiter zu entwickeln und einige der Turner haben zahlreiche Medaillen gewonnen. S. Tkalčec erklärt, dass die Vergabe des UEG Kongresses an Split für den NV CRO von großer Bedeutung war. Dies bedeutet eine Anerkennung der geleisteten Arbeit und trägt zur Entwicklung des Turnens bei. Er dankt anschließend allen Partnern und vor allem der Regierung der Kroatischen Republik, dem Fremdenverkehrsministerium, dem Sportministerium wie auch dem Nationalen Olympischen Komitee von Kroatien; sie haben die Bedeutung dieses Kongresses erkannt und ihren Beitrag für dessen Durchführung geleistet. Er erklärt weiterhin, dass der Sport ein Element ist, das die Welt verbindet und Generationen inspiriert, egal welches Alter, Geschlecht oder Religion: jeder ohne Ausnahme kann einen Sport ausüben. Der Sport ermöglicht es, kulturelle und sprachliche Barrieren zu überwinden. Er hat auch einen vereinenden Effekt, indem Gemeinden durch den Sport gebildet werden. 6 UEG KONGRESS 2019 - SOFIA S. Tkalčec fügt hinzu, dass die UEG eine große Turnfamilie ist, die bereits seit 35 Jahren existiert. Diese 27. Generalversammlung wird einen neuen Präsidenten wählen. Er wünscht, dass die gewählten Mitglieder ihr Ziel weiter verfolgen und vereint bleiben, um weiterhin zum Aufschwung des Sports beizutragen und Projekte entwickeln, um eine wichtige Rolle in der Welt des Turnens zu spielen. Der Präsident des NV CRO erklärt, dass das Organisationskomitee alles in seiner Macht stehende getan hat, um dem Kongress die besten Bedingungen zu bieten, aber auch um Aktivitäten anzubieten, die den Delegierten und Freunden

PARTICIPATION IN C-I (Qualification) The program consisted of Competition I, IV, II and III. UZB was suspended prior to the competition for doping and is not used for calculations in this report. The required format for a full team was as follows: 4 gymnasts competed and 3 scores counted. Translation and copying are prohibited without prior written approval by FIG. In case any statement contained herein is in conflict with the Technical Regulations, the Technical Regulations shall take precedence.
