JoAnn Fussell, Voice Link of Columbus, Inc. Jo-Ann Fussell is a Magna Cum Laude graduate of Columbus State University, licensed CPA, and a mother of two Eagle Scouts. She left public accounting to explore her entrepreneurial side as owner/operator of a multi-service call center. She has served on several national boards within her trade organizations, hosted regional trade group meetings, and spoken at numerous trade organization conferences. The National Association of Professional Women has selected Jo-Ann Fussell as VIP Woman of the Year. Jo-Ann has 29 years’ experience in finance and information technology. Jo-Ann is well-versed in new technology and has a unique ability to quickly grasp details in order to summarize exactly what is required to streamline operations and maximize productivity by using KPI’s.

Marilyn D. Landis, Basic Business Concepts, Inc. Marilyn D. Landis is the President & CEO of Basic Business Concepts, Inc., a multifaceted service firm providing the support to keep businesses financially balanced, on track and growing. “We provide entrepreneurs access to affordable CFO-level skills that are customized to their unique business” The CFO focuses on strategy and risk and is the forward thinking financial resource to the management team. In this role, Landis has over fifteen years of experience working with small businesses across all industries nationwide, providing financial CFO leadership. Directly, and with her team, she has enabled clients to improve their financial resilience through sound financial planning, improved financial reporting, enhanced cash flow management and improved funding options. Landis has over thirty years of experience in financial services. Prior to focusing on her own business she worked for and with commercial lenders, banks and small businesses throughout Western Pennsylvania. In her career, she has served as a financial consultant; headed training, consumer loans and mortgage departments; collected delinquent loans; and coordinated operations for a multi-bank merger. Marilyn has worked for three of the largest SBA lenders in the country – marketing, originating and underwriting SBA loans. September of 2007, Landis was elected chair of SMC Business Councils, a founding member and Pennsylvania affiliate of the National Small Business Association (NSBA) in Washington DC. January of 2008, she was elected the 2008 chair of NSBA, who since its founding in 1937, has advocated on behalf of America’s entrepreneurs, reaching more than 150,000 small businesses. NSBA is proud to be the first national small-business advocacy organization in the . Representing SMC and NSBA member businesses, Landis has testified before US Senate and House committees on issues vital to small business. March of 2009, Landis was awarded The SBA National Financial Services Champion of the Year. August of 2010, she was appointed to the Office of the National Ombudsman Regulatory and Fairness Board and continues to serve in a second term. Landis also has extensive Board level experience with nonprofits, ranging from non-profit economic development and social services agencies to for-profit manufacturers. She is currently serving in the role as Chairperson of the Board for the Lutheran Senior Life.

Martin M. Ween, Esq, Wilson, Elser, Moskowitz, Edelman & Dicker, LLP Martin Ween has been with Wilson Elser for over 44 years and has been involved with defending Errors and Omissions claims of all types on behalf of Lloyd's Underwriters during all of that time. He has been working with ATSI as to the claims against its members and assisting it as to contract forms, HIPAA issues and other areas of interest for over 20 years.

Donna West, Focus Telecommunications & Business Calls Donna West, president and founder of Focus Telecommunications, Inc. has been an ATSI member and contributor for three decades. She places a special emphasis on training for our industry, having been a leader in creating the Agent, Supervisor and Customer Service Excellence Series (under the auspices of SNUG) suitable for all platforms, as well as the HIPAA training for ATSI. She conducts the “always sold out” Supervisor Workshops usually held under the Regionals flag. She is also the president of Business Calls, LLC. a company that creates newsletters for answering services to send to their clients. She has received the NAEO Member of the Year Award, The SNUG - Don Berry Award, the ATSI President’s Award, and the ATSI Sharing Award.

H.A. (Humpy) Wheeler, The Wheeler Company H.A. (Humpy) Wheeler is considered one of America’s great sports promotors. For 50 years he has been one of the foremost pioneers in American auto racing particularly NASCAR during it prolific growth years. He was responsible for night racing, helped lead the advance for live television, built from 50,000 seats to 174,000 and was the father of huge, spectacular prerace shows that included military invasions, six ring circuses, giant air shows and huge stunts that were the largest ever seen at sports stadiums. He was the first to take a racing company — Speedway Motorsports — public on the New York Stock Exchange in 1992, a move that brought company into the European spotlight. He is also the inventor of several race cars including Legends the first mass produced cars of which there are over 8,000 currently racing. He is a graduate of the University of South Carolina where he played football and was a championship amateur boxer with a 40-2 record. He has won over 20 national awards, is in 14 halls of fame and has been honored by three governors for his work in tourism. He has also been in motion pictures, lately narrating the character "Tex" in Disney's CARS movie series.
