When you call a person and they are not available and their voice mail comes on, you can skip the voice mail message by pressing # key. You will go directly into voice mail. 2. For school speed code, use * instead of the 6, i.e. Alvey ES is 622, press *22 on VoIP phone. 3. When you are already on the phone and another call is incoming, two choices appear on the softkeys: “answer” or “IDivert.” “Answer automatically puts the first caller on hold to answer the second call and then “resume” takes you back to the first caller. “IDivert” will send the second caller directly to your voice mail. 4. You do not have to dial a special number to get your voice messages, just hit the message key. 5. To redial a number from your directories list (10 digit number), hit the “edit” button and press “9” and then press dial. 6. You may redirect your VoIP phone to any other number. Press the “CFwdALL” and enter “9” and the number you wish your calls to be forwarded to. The screen will display the forwarded number. 7. DND = do not disturb. Your calls will go directly to your voicemail. No. 21- RE: BUDGET AND APPROPRIATE FISCAL YEAR 2022 SCHOOL BUDGET ACTION: WHEREAS, Prince William County Schools held a duly advertised public hearing on February 24, 2021, on the Schools Fiscal Year 2022 Proposed Budget and Capital Improvement Program in accordance with Sections 15.2-2506, and 22.1-92 VA Code Ann.; and WHEREAS, the Prince William County School Board approved the Schools Fiscal Year 2022 Proposed Budget and Capital Improvement Program on March 17, 2021 and communicated the School budget for consideration by the Prince William Board of County Supervisors and publicly presented the Schools Fiscal Year 2022 Proposed Budget on April 6, 2021; and WHEREAS, the public hearing regarding the Fiscal Year 2022 Budget was duly advertised on March 11 and 18, 2021, and held on April 13, 2021; and WHEREAS, the County/Schools revenue sharing agreement provides 57.23% of general revenue, excluding recordation tax revenue, to the Schools; and WHEREAS, the school division budget is supported by various County transfers including a revenue sharing agreement general fund transfer of $655,799,176; cable television capital grant revenue of $658,145; class size reduction grant of $1,000,000; 13th high school debt service support of $832,650, and School security program of $500,000; and WHEREAS, the school division budget is supported by an additional County general fund transfer of $1,146,212 to provide reimbursements from the federal government for costs associated with Build America Bonds and Qualified School Construction Bonds that are paid by the school division from the Debt Service Fund; and WHEREAS, the total County transfer to the school division is $659,936,183; April 27, 2021 Regular Meeting Res.
