Completed Flood Investigations As the Lead Local Flood Authority, Conwy County Borough Council will carry out investigations following flood events to establish the cause and, where appropriate, notify the responsible Risk Management Authority.** To request a completed flood investigation report, please email [email protected] and include the report reference number and report title.
