THE LONDON GAZETTE, 29 NOVEMBER, 1957 6981 NATIONAL PARKS AND ACCESS TO THE COUNTRYSIDE ACT, 1949. COUNTY OF SOMERSET. Minehead and Watchet Urban Districts and Williton Rural District. Modification of Draft Map and Statement of Rights of Way. NOTICE is hereby given that the Somerset County Council in exercise of the powers conferred upon them by Sub-section (3) of Section 29 of the National Parks and Access to the Countryside Act, 1949, have determined to modify the particulars contained in the draft rights of way map and statement prepared under Section 27 of the above-mentioned Act in relation to the rights of way within the area by:— (1) the deletion of the ways indicated in the First Schedule hereto; (2) the addition of the ways indicated in the Second Schedule hereto; and (3) changing the designation of the ways described in the Third Schedule hereto. Maps and statements showing these modifications have been deposited for public inspection and may be seen at all reasonable hours, free of charge, at County Hall, Taunton, and at the offices of the Williton rural district council, Council Offices, Fore Street, Willitpn, Somerset. Copies of so much of the maps and statements as relate to the Minehead and Watchet urban districts have also been deposited for public inspection as aforesaid at the Council Offices, 39, Blenheim Road, Minehead, and the Council Offices, Watchet, respectively, and relevant extracts in each parish affected. The relevant extracts aforesaid may also be inspected at all reasonable hours, free of charge, by arrangement with the Clerk of the parish council or Chairman of the parish meeting concerned. Any representation or objection with respect to these determinations shall be made in writing and addressed to the undersigned not later than 31st December, 1957, and shall state the grounds upon which the representation or objection is made.
