Las Ligas Menores De Béisbol Anuncian a Las Participantes Del Programa De Mentoras LIFT 2019 Para publicación inmediata 28 de noviembre de 2018 Las Ligas Menores de Béisbol anuncian a las participantes del Programa de Mentoras LIFT 2019 ST. PETERSBURG, Florida — Minor League Baseball™ (MiLB™) anunció hoy las mentoras que se asignarán a las tuteladas para la clase inaugural del Programa de Mentoras LIFT (Líderes que inspiran talentos futuros). La misión del programa es desarrollar líneas continuas de comunicación y apoyo para mujeres profesionales en las Ligas Menores de Béisbol, desarrollar la próxima generación de mujeres ejecutivas y seguir manteniendo a profesionales de alta calidad en la industria del béisbol. La creación del Programa de Mentoras LIFT se anunció en agosto. A las tuteladas (personas que han trabajado en la industria de MiLB durante menos de cuatro años, también conocidas como LIFTees) se les asignan las mentoras (mujeres que han trabajado en la industria durante más de cuatro años, también conocidas como LIFTers) con quienes coincidieron sus solicitudes tras realizar una serie de análisis exhaustivos, que incluyen responsabilidades laborales actuales, objetivos profesionales de largo plazo y antecedentes laborales.
