The Young Americas Business Trust The Young Americas Business Trust (YABT), a nonprofit corporation Talent and Innovation created in 1999, works in cooperation with the General Secretariat of the 2011 Competition of the Americas Organization of American States (OAS) to promote the social economic development of young people around the world. YABT is an organization of young people for young people. PROGRAM San Salvador, El Salvador, June 2-3, 2011 YABT advances the goals of the OAS and the Summits of the Americas by promoting and implementing programs for entrepreneurship in the Americas Organized by and elsewhere as a mean to fight poverty and create job opportunities for young people, both in-schools and universities, as well as looking for work.. The vision of YABT is that the talent of young entrepreneurs in the Ameri- cas will determine the Hemisphere’s potential for future economic growth and democratic stability.
