WIDE VARIETY OF USES WITH WATER FRONTAGE The Property is located along the waterfront within in the Port of Iberia and is suitable for a wide range of manufacturing uses. The site has approximately 2,050 feet of bulk heading along the Rodere Canal, which provides access to the lntercoastal Waterway approximately 8 miles to the south. Water depth at the bulkhead is 12 feet, and structures up to 5,500 tons can be loaded out. The Property also features excess land which can be used to expand the existing facility or can provide additional parking for trucks, trailers, or equipment. PORT OF IBERIA GROWTH AND EXPANSION Dynamic Industries, Inc., a leading fabrication and service provider to the global oil, gas and energy industries, was recently awarded a contract to supply fabricated and assembled pipe rack modules for Sasol’s ethane cracker and derivatives complex near Lake Charles. Dynamic Industries also received a fabrication contract for a significant deep water project from one of the world’s largest energy companies. Dynamic’s scope will include the fabrication of a number of modules for a deep water platform and various other packages over the next 24 months in support of this world-class deep water discovery in the Gulf of Mexico. These contracts will significantly increase local job opportunities. Employment for these two projects will peak at 500 during the next two years. The Charenton Bridge (Bridge Recall No. 008970) is located at latitude 29.825298 north, longitude - 91.537959 west.1 The coordinate represents the center of the bridge. It was obtained in 2016 by plotting its location in Google Earth. The location has no restriction on its release to the public. Present Owner: State of Louisiana. Present Use: Vehicular and pedestrian traffic. Significance: The Charenton Bridge is significant as an important example of a distinctive truss type. The bridge’s significant design feature is its K-truss configuration, characterized by the arrangement of vertical and diagonal members to form a “K” in each truss panel. The K-truss is a rare variation both nationally and in Louisiana, where there are only three extant examples of the bridge type.2 The Charenton Bridge retains good integrity and clearly conveys the significant design features of the through K-truss.
