Implement policies established by the institution's management board to achieve cohort graduation rate and graduation productivity goals that are consistent with institutional peers. The Finish What You Start Campaign, implemented in Fall 2011, was designed to strongly encourage students to complete the courses they attempted and reduce the number of withdrawals.
