For if they fall, the one will lift up his fellow: but woe to him that is alone when he falleth; for he hath not another to help him up. Again, if two lie together, then they have heat: but how can one be warm alone? And if one prevail against him, two shall withstand him; and a threefold cord is not easily broken. Ecclesiastes 4:9-12 any said that it was impossible and that planes would never fly. M Just imagine if the Wright broth- ers had actually listened to the criticisms of their dream and passion. Our world of aviation would not be what it is today. Orville and Wilbur Wright be- came known as “aviation pioneers”. A person can- not receive a title of this magnitude, without having a passion for accomplishing his vision. Our Most Worshipful Grand Master, the Honorable Corey D. Hawkins Sr., has established and conveyed his vi- sion to the brotherhood. This vision is based upon the core values of freemasonry and rooted in hard work and dedication to the cause. We encourage all members on the team to be as passionate about their service to the Grand Lodge and freemasonry so that we can complete the task at hand. The Wright brothers dedicated years of their lives to build the world’s first successful airplane, but not without many bumps along the road. Passion is built from the bumps in the road because only those who truly enjoy pursuing their passion will continue to push on. With that being said, we must continue to strengthen our brotherhood and become more dedicated and passionate toward fulfilling the mission of the Most Worshipful Prince Hall Grand Lodge of Alabama. Brethren, I count not myself to have apprehended: but this one thing I do, forgetting those things which are behind, and reaching forth unto those things which are before, I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.
