MABRRI Annual Report 2019 —2020 i Executive Summary The Mount Arrowsmith Biosphere Region Research Institute’s (MABRRI) Annual Report was compiled in accordance to VIU’s policies and procedures with regards to Research Institutes. This report provides an overview of MABRRI, including its history and existing research plan, as well as the administrative structure and advisory committee. Ultimately, the purpose of the Annual Report is to highlight the work that was undertaken in the 2019-2020 fiscal year. This report includes a full list of the VIU staff and Faculty that were involved to some degree in one or more of MABRRI’s projects this past year. Additionally, there is a fully comprehensive list of all of the community partners that collaborated with MABRRI between April 1, 2019 and March 31, 2020.
