 If a library is NOT listed on the first page of this document, DO NOT ship a package to them directly via government courier! o For example, OKOTOKS is not on the first page. o Packages for OKOTOKS can be shipped via gov’t courier to Marigold HQ, or sent via Canada Post

 Shipping label must have full mailing address (like mailing via Canada Post)

 Government courier service delivers only within Alberta. If your package has any destination OUTSIDE ALBERTA, send via CANADA POST o Use bubble wrap instead of delivery bags for out-of-province delivery, unless you are returning an item shipped in the lender’s special delivery bag

 Government courier delivery is a separate system from library system delivery. Please find out which system your package will be delivered by. There are costs to your library system for using government courier!

 Ship by Canada Post if… o …the lender has given you a prepaid Canada Post shipping slip o …you want a tracking number to prove you returned expensive items

 In addition to labelling outside of packages, include delivery information inside the blue/brown bag. Shipping labels occasionally disappear from the outside of the bags
