PRODUCTTECHTECH BRIEFBRIEF DATA ® LEVELe ELEVATOR INTERIORS PRODUCT DATA

LEVELe Elevator Interiors were designed with the requirements of today's in mind. LEVELe evolves the CabForms® program, introduced more than ten years ago, with greater energy efficiency, and an expanded range of material and handrail options. Self-revealing extrusion channels, aluminum panel frames, and a structural backer come together to create a lightweight system that is easy to install and maintain. LEVELe Elevator Interiors can be configured to meet the needs of any new equipment or modernization project. Complete packages are available for all typical sizes of passenger and service cabs, single or double opening.

STANDARD COMPONENTS - Wall Panels, Bases, Reveals, Installation Hardware OPTIONAL COMPONENTS - Handrails, with Light Fixtures, Emergency Power Source

PANEL & COMPONENT DETAILS WALL PANELS • LEVELe elevator walls are assembled using a series of individual wall panels whose sizes and shapes vary depending on the particular model selected. Each individual wall panel comprises two distinct, configurable elements: panel frames and insets. • Panel frames serve as the visible elements that surround the insets and also incorporate LEVELe’s innovative wall panel attachment system. Panel frames are extruded aluminum and are available in a choice of Clear, Black, Antique Bronze or Duranodic Bronze anodized finishes. The Minimal panel frame’s extruded profile provides a 0.11" (2.8 mm) wide edge around each inset and a preset 0.025" (0.635 mm) reveal between adjoining panels. The Capture panel frame is available for thicker, heavier materials, such as glass, or to provide the look of a wider frame. The extruded profile of the Capture panel frame is provides a 0.23" (5.8 mm) wide edge border around each inset and a preset 0.025" (0.635 mm) reveal between adjoining panels. All panel frame corners are mitered. • Insets consist of a decorative face material bonded to a fire-rated substrate. Total wall panel thickness including panel frames 0.94" (23.9 mm) for Minimal panel frames and 1.14" (29.0 mm) for Capture panel frames.
