How to Launch & Set Defaults

1. Start in your calendar view and create a new event. 2. Select Use Teem to Find a Space or the Teem box on the right of the screen. 3. The extension will appear on the right-hand side of the pane. Sign in using your Teem credentials. 4. Once logged in, set My Office to your desired default location. This is the campus, building, & floor of your choice. The extension filters the search results to these spaces by default, but you’ll have the option to expand your search. Using the Teem Chrome Extension for Google Calendar

1. From your calendar view, click the plus sign on the bottom right corner to create an event. 2. Add a title and choose a date and time for your event. 3. Add guests. 4. Next, click on Use Teem to Find a Space or the Teem box on the right side of the screen. 5. Teem will display the available resources for the time frame specified in the appointment window. Note: By default, these spaces will automatically be filtered by capacity based on the number of guests you’re inviting. 6. To refine your search, add more filters. Do this by clicking on the filters icon. Here, you can adjust My Office, add a room capacity filter (or turn it off), and sort by amenities like Apple TV or a projector. 7. Select the space that meets your needs. Here you can see room information, including events, amenities, and available Meeting Services. 8. If all looks good, click Add to Event. The space’s name will show under Added to Event.

9. Click Save. Adding a Meeting Service When Booking a Room

1. Start in calendar view and create an event. 2. Launch the Teem Chrome Extension by selecting Use Teem to Find a Space or the Teem box on the right side of the screen. 3. Add a title, date, and time for your event. 4. Add guests. 5. Select a space as you normally would. 6. Then click on the Services tab in the Teem Extension to access the meeting services available for the space selected. Note: Keep in mind that an admin can restrict Meeting Services by location, so not every service may be available for the space selected. 7. Next, click on a service to see more details or add any specific service request instructions. 8. Finally, click Done to add the meeting service to your event. How to use the Teem Chrome Extension for Google Calendar in Drop-down Mode

1. Click on the Teem icon in the browser toolbar. 2. A drop-down menu will appear with two tabs: Today’s Events and Available Now. There is also the option to Add an Event.

Today’s Events •Today’s Events include meetings that have already occured as well as upcoming meetings for the day. In this example, you can see that the Copy Refinement Party has already passed, and the Product Marketing Round Up is still to come. All of Today’s Events show the meeting title, room name, time, and location. Available Now • This view shows not only what spaces are available now, but also what spaces will soon be available. Here, we can see that Death Star will be available at 4:00 p.m. (which in this example, is ten minutes from now). We can also see what is open all day. • Under each room title you will see the time slots available. Depending on the room’s availability, you can quickly book a room for 15 minutes, 30 minutes, or 1 hour. • If you select a time slot under a specific room, you will be taken to your Google Calendar to create the event. The room and time slot chosen will already be added to the event. All you need to do now is add attendees and save your event. Add Event • If you select this option, a new window will open where you can create a calendar event in your Google Calendar. Here, the extension will already be open, and you can create an event with the Teem Chrome Extension for Google Calendar as you normally would. How to Invite & Pre-register Visitors to an Event

1. Select the Visitors tab. 2. Select which event participants are visitors by checking the box next to their name. Then click next.

Note: You need to add people to the meeting for them to show as event participants.

2 3. Fill in their visitor information. 4. If you’d like to send them an email invitation with everything they need for the upcoming event, then check the Send Email Invitation box. You can add a custom note to the invitation if desired. 5. Click done.
