Matt Wallace Rejoint La Famille Audemars Piguet MATT WALLACE REJOINT LA FAMILLE AUDEMARS PIGUET Le Brassus, 12 mars 2018 – Audemars Piguet accueille le vainqueur de l’Open d’Inde, Matt Wallace, au sein de sa « Dream Team ». Originaire de Hillingdon en Angleterre, le champion de 27 ans a remporté la plus grande victoire de sa jeune carrière le week-end dernier face à Andrew « Beef » Johnston, lui aussi ambassadeur Audemars Piguet, de retour après une année difficile en 2017. Lors de la compétition, les deux Britanniques ont chacun obtenu un score de onze sous le par sur le parcours du DLF Golf and Country Club, mais Matt Wallace a finalement pris l’avantage avec un birdie au premier trou d’un play-off spectaculaire, signé sur le 18e trou, un par 5. Cette deuxième victoire sur le Tour européen lui permet notamment d'intégrer le top 100 du classement mondial de golf après un premier titre en tant que membre du Challenge Tour à l’Open du Portugal en 2017 et six succès sur l’Alps Tour en 2016. Et si la saison 2018 ne fait que commencer, le jeune golfeur a déjà fait ses preuves sur le principal circuit professionnel européen. « Je suis ravi de nouer un partenariat avec Audemars Piguet, déclare Matt Wallace.
