Set in the grounds of an Old Manor house you’ll find this woodland holiday park at St Minver. After enjoying the onsite facilities such as an indoor swimming pool, a pizzeria, Costa Coffee, children’s play areas and the nature trail walks which lead to St Minver, head down to the three beautiful beaches - Rock, and Daymer Bay. Nothing comes close to feeling the sand between your toes and breathing in the fresh sea air, so why not visit the quaint fishing ports of and Port Isaac as well!

The Glade sits pleasantly in a select Open Plan Living area of this holiday park, dedicated to similar style lodges. With a feeling of space around it, this holiday lodge is a great place to unwind and relax.

Park in the bay nearest the Lodge, walk across and step up onto the balcony where you can enjoy some alfresco dining on a warm summer’s night. There are double glazed sliding patio doors to the front and around to the right is the main entrance.

Step into the super handy Utility Room which has a run of base and wall units in a mellow beech style finish with a stainless steel sink and drainer as well. It also has a built in freezer and washer/drier. Very useful!

Master Bedroom Turn left into the Open Plan Kitchen/Living area with its creamy carpets and neutral décor. This is a great space with its vaulted ceiling in a rustic timber finish. There are two windows to the right and one to the front and a contemporary electric fire sits in a timber surround with a light wood finish with a large mirror above. Very smart!

The Kitchen is to the left and has a range of base and wall units in a light beech style finish with marble effect roll edged laminate worktops ending in a small breakfast bar at one end. There is a stainless oven, gas hob and an extractor hood above, and there is also an integrated under counter Kitchen

fridge and dishwasher. The sink sitting under the window and a microwave in its own high level shelf unit finishes off the picture!

The Dining Area is in front of the patio doors which lead out to the deck. With plenty of space for at least 6 guests, imagine those summer evenings with a gin and tonic in hand! The Hall has a handy cupboard and the Bathroom is found to the left. There is fresh white tiling with a mosaic border running through the middle and a neutral carpet on the floor. The white suite includes a WC, hand basin and the bath has a Bedroom thermostatic shower and a glass screen. There is also a chrome towel radiator and a cupboard which houses the gas fired boiler.

Bedroom 3 is set up with two single beds and Bedroom 2 also has two singles and has the addition of storage overhead. Simple yet effective!

Last is the Master Bedroom which has an En-Suite Shower Room. The Bedroom is spacious with the added benefit of a large built in wardrobe. The En-Suite includes a shower cubicle, WC, hand basin and chrome ladder towel radiator.

Outside the Lodge is the extensive decking area with garden furniture and Dining Area to the side is a very useful storage container.
