Heilongjiang Province: Dongning town in Dongning City, Suifenhe City of Mudanjiang, Aihui District of Heihe City. o 2. Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region: Gaochang District of Turpan. o 3.Beijing: Dashanzi Community in Jiuxianqiao Subdistrict of Chaoyang District, Nanfaxin Town, Gaoliying Town, Shengli Subdistrict of Shunyi District, Nancai Town of Shunyi District. o 4.Liaoning Province: Xianjin, Guangzhong Yongzheng, Youyi, Zhanqian subdistricts of Jinzhou District (Jinpu New Area), XingHai Park Community in Xinghaiwan Subdistrict of Shahekou District, Dayou Tianyuan Community in Lingshui Subdistrict of Ganjinzi District in Dalian City, Beiling Subdistrict, China Resources Oak Bay, Zhonghaicheng in Yuhong District, Jiye Baihuayuan or Huagong Residential Quarter of HuangguDistrict, Shentie Xinggong Jiayuan Residential Complex located in North 2nd East Road, Tiexi District, Minglian Subdistrict of Huanggu District in Shenyang City. • Macau residents: o Visited Mainland China 14 days prior to arrival and have never been to Hong Kong and other countries / areas outside China within the past 21 days prior to arrival - Need to present negative Covid19 nucleic acid certificate within past 7 days. o Visited Hong Kong 21 days prior to arrival - Need to present negative Covid19 nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours + 21 days of centralized isolation and medical observation. o Visited Taiwan 14 days prior to arrival and have never been to Hong Kong and other countries / areas outside China within the past 21 days prior to arrival - Need to present negative Covid19 nucleic acid certificate within past 7 days + 14 days of centralized isolation and medical observation. o Visited other countries 21 days prior to arrival - Need to present negative Covid19 nucleic acid certificate within past 7 days + 21 days of centralized isolation and medical observation. • Residents of mainland China, Hong Kong and Taiwan Region: o Visited Mainland China 14 days prior to arrival and have never been to Hong Kong and other countries / areas outside China within the past 21 days prior to arrival - Need to present negative Covid19 nucleic acid certificate within past 7 days. o Visited Hong Kong 21 days prior to arrival - Need to present negative Covid19 nucleic acid certificate within 24 hours + 21 days of centralized isolation and medical observation. o Visited Taiwan 14 days prior to arrival and have never been to Hong Kong and other countries / areas outside China within the past 21 days prior to arrival - Need to present negative Covid19 nucleic acid certificate within past 7 days + 14 days of centralized isolation and medical observation. o Visited other countries 21 days prior to arrival- be prohibited from entering Macao • 3. Foreigners – NO ENTRY o Those who were in Mainland China over the 21 days prhaeior to arrival – Eligibilities for exemption application ▪ Spouse or child of a Macao resident ▪ Have obtained the authorization to stay in Macao ▪ Students registered to local higher-education institutions ▪ Plan to visit Macao for an important business event, or academic or professional activities ▪ Have registered with the authorities as a non-resident worker, or hold a permit to enter Macao for work purposes, or they are a family member of such a worker, and have either obtained the relevant authorization or meet the eligibility requirements to stay in Macao • Have visited other countries / areas outside Mainland China prior to arrival to Macao o For matters serving Macao’s public interest (e.g. disease prevention and control, and emergency rescue), so to ensure of the proper operation of public services in the community; and of meeting the basic day-to-day needs of the Macao public. • For departure out of Macau, all passengers must present the nucleic acid certificate proving tested negative for COVID-19 within the past 7 days before boarding. RESTRICTIONS FOR TECHNICAL REFUELING/CREW REST • Technical refueling with no pax onboard is allowed. • Chinese crew is allow crew rest at Macau with negative Covid19 nucleic acid certificate within past 7 days. • All transfer / transit services from Macau International Airport are suspended. QUARANTINE REQUIREMENTS • From 22:00 on Monday (21 December), people visiting Macao from most locations will be required to undergo a 21-day medical observation upon arrival versus the previously mandated 14 days. o Those who have been to ‘medium-risk’ cities on the mainland, or to Taiwan, in the past 21 days immediately prior to arriving in Macao, will still be subject to 14 days of medical observation in Macao. o Those who are currently undergoing medical observation in Macao, or those who arrive in Macao after the new rules become effective, are required to observe 21 days of medical observation. o Those who have completed a 14-day medical observation in Macao but have not yet been in the city for an aggregate of 21 days, will be required to observe a seven-day period of health self-management in the place in which they are staying. Their self- certification under Macao’s Health Code system will generate a ‘yellow’ result until such time as a nucleic acid test taken on the 20th day from initial arrival in the city shows a negative result for infection. o Those wishing to leave Macao during the seven-day health self-management period will be required to take a nucleic acid test. Only with a negative infection result will they be able to leave Macao, and then only within a 48-hour period from the issuance of the test result. o Under current rules, people from ‘low risk’ cities in mainland China may enter Macao quarantine-free, as long as they provide a negative COVID-19 infection certificate and meet other requirements. o With effect from 22:00 of 21 December 2020, all individuals who have been to countries/areas outside China within the past 21 days prior to their entry into Macao must, at the discretion of the health authorities, undergo medical observation for 21 days at designated venue • **Anyone granted approval for entry will still be obliged to observe certain health-monitoring requirements as applicable. • Foreign Passport Holders who have visited Mainland China, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Foreign Countries still prohibited to enter Macau.     Summary on Marine and Coastal Protected Areas in NOWPAP Region (NOWPAP DINRAC, March 2010) 1. Overview This summary is based on the Database on Coastal and Marine Nature Reserves in the Northwest Pacific Region (NowpapNatureReserve, http://dinrac.nowpap.org/NowpapNatureReserve.php) which is developed and maintained by NOWPAP DINRAC. The data was collected and provided by the National Focal Points of DINRAC started from 2006 and updated periodically. The WDPA (World database of protected areas, http://www.wdpa-marine.org), and the Ramsar Sites Database (http://ramsar.wetlands.org) were also taken as reference. The summary intends to give an overview and understanding on current situation of marine and coastal protected areas (MPAs) in NOWPAP region. The MPAs - marine and coastal protected areas comprise the nature reserves, national parks, wetland protected areas (Ramsar Sites) in NOWPAP Region. The sea area mainly covers the Yellow Sea and Eastern Area of NOWPAP region. Based on the existing data, there are total 87 MPAs in NOWPAP region covers an area of 4,090,046ha (Table 1 to Table 3). The earliest MPA was established in October 1916 and the latest was in August 2007 (Table 4). The smallest area is 10ha in Japan and largest area is 909,000ha in China (Table 5). Statistics tables and figures below are conducted on number, area, protected level, protected type and protected objectives (species) for MPAs in NOWPAP (Table 6 and Fig.1 to Fig.5). The reserve provides ideal places for the survival and breeding of many rare wild animal and plants, and provides a good foundation for the development of ecological tourism. Taking Shengshan national nature reserve in Heilongjiang province as the research object, this paper firstly analyzes the general situation of eco-tourism resources in Shengshan nature reserve, and secondly analyzes the development status of local tourism. Thirdly, we design ecotourism routes. Finally, on the basis of the above analysis, the countermeasures for the development of Eco-tourism in the reserve are put forward.
