PROJECTS' EVALUATION × Assisting in evaluating the Small and Medium Sized Development Project. It is a 2.5 million and three-year project funded by the Dutch Government aiming to support and develop the small and medium sized enterprises in Palestine in different fields (technical, managerial, marketing and IT). Based on the evaluation, the Dutch government extended the project for two years. The duration of the project is five years (1998 – 2002). The focus groups as well a field survey were used in the evaluation project. × Assessing in evaluating a Mediterranean project funded by the EU and implemented by the ILO. The project was aiming to support and develop the small businesses in Palestine in different fields (technical, managerial, marketing and IT).
