1 Method for Yin Yang Vision ƒ

This cure is to be given only to those who ask for its wisdom with deep sincerity. It is to be given with discrimination and care, and requires the exchange of 27 envelopes with $10 in each envelope. As a student of the Storyboard, this is not necessary. However, 3 envelopes would be very much appreciated. This meditation is best done with another person. If you are alone, you will need a full-length . Practice this meditation to cultivate your . The power you generate will enhance your Shui readings, and strengthen your ability to analyze personal chi. It will allow you to read the chi of previous lifetimes, and predict the future. It may help you to see why someone is acting in an abnormal way. You may see beyond what is obvious (or knowable). You may be able to “see through” your date or someone you are considering as a marriage partner. This method is simple, yet extremely effective. To increase your accuracy, practice Supreme Section VI (Six) on a regular basis. Your inspirations will be immediate, accurate, and reliable. Important Notes: What you see will depend upon your visualization during the process. Know what you want or need, and visualize appropriately. If an important day is coming up, or you have to make an important decision on a designated day, you can use this method in the following manner: When you awake, and before you do anything, look in the mirror and perform the Method for Yin Yang Vision. You may be able to make a prediction for the day and act accordingly to benefit yourself and others involved. If you choose to write about this method in a book, you must ask the readers to send you red envelopes. Introduction: We present ourselves to the world every day. We are sometimes quiet and withdrawn, sometimes outrageously funny, sometimes madder than mad. This is what Professor Lin calls our “sharable secret.” It is, what he calls, the “outer view.” It ©is theKatherine yang perspective of the state of our chi, and includesMetz both static and dynamic elements. (e.g., the slope of the shoulders when standing still, or the gait of a person’s walk) These visible elements will tell us a lot about others and ourselves. However, there is an “unsharable secret” to our chi. It is the yin perspective, the “inner view.” A particle is endowed with spiritual abilities. When it enters a mother’s womb, it becomes chi, and these abilities are manifest through the finite senses of the human body. As we practice this meditation, we are learning to free the chi from the confinement of the physical body. We are coming to a “sudden realization of the consciousness.” We are learning to see using the “eye of heaven.” Professor Lin has spoken of this as the “vision of a baby.” As we practice this meditation, the depth of our vision may move beyond the physical.

Left hand on top of right, palms up, thumbs together 2. Recite the Calming Heart Mantra nine times. Gatay Gatay, Para Gatay, Para Sam Gatay, Bodhi Swaha 3. Visualize your mind as calm as a rippleless pond. Concentrate on your breathing, especially if you are having difficulty calming down. Let your heart and mind become quiet and pure. 4. If you are still not calm, practice the Water Stilling Method. 5. Lower the lights. Sit facing the other person, within 5 feet of one another. If you are alone, sit facing a full-length mirror. 6. Touch your tongue to the top of your mouth. Let the muscles of your face and mouth relax. Relaxation is very important. 7. Begin by closing your eyes tight for a moment, then opening them wide. Repeat. Close your eyes tight for a moment and then open them wide. Now close your eyes tight and open to just 25 percent of fully open.1 8. Focus on the third eye of the other person, or the third eye of the image in the mirror. Don’t move, don’t blink or move the eyes. 9. At the same time, place your attention to both sides of the other person’s head or body. You might even be aware of the top of the head. Keep your vision soft. You are freeing up your eyes to see the chi (of the Feng Shui, a past or future life, or an inspiration). Notes: You may extend your vision even farther (to the sides) by focusing on the persons sitting to both sides of the person at whom you are looking. It is very important to look at both the third eye and the sides of the head, at the same time. Professor Lin calls it “separating the channels.” You are separating the body from the chi. Only in this way can you receive transcendental information. Looking at only one area will give you mundane information. Important Optional Addition: 10. As you focus, you can chant Ah Om Hum Shia (with the emphasis on Hum). At the ©momentKatherine you chant Hum, visualize a small white ball Metz moving from your dantien to your third eye. See it exit your third eye and move into the third eye of the person opposite you. It then moves to that person’s dantien. Use this new connection to create a smooth flow ofchi and communication with the person practicing with you. When the link is established, you may find it easier to negotiate, or to see a sick relative. You will be getting messages using your spiritual power. You must not use this method to harm anyone. If you do, it will be like spitting into the wind.

1If you blink repeatedly, disturbing your meditative vision, practice the Astral Body Meditation often. There will then be no self to blink. © Katherine Metz 3 11. Images may appear. The other person may disappear. As the images emerge, “apply your judgment upon immediate insight.” Let your reading unfold as you are inspired by your direct knowing. You may see images of people, landscapes, buildings, etc. The person may disappear. 12. It will be your spiritual cultivation that allows you to see exactly, and, then, to give the most effective cure if needed. 13. To help your chi return, recite the Calming Heart Mantra. Notes: 1. To enhance the clarity of the images, enter your meditation space spinning the Dharma Wheel. 2. For even greater clarity, perform Supreme Yoga Section IX (Nine) as preparation. 3. The images should be the same with your eyes closed as they are with your eyes open. If not, the images may simply be your imagination. 4. With practice, the eyes can be held fully open. 5. If you choose to close your eyes, you must have the visualization power to “see” the third eye of the person you are facing. This requires great spiritual power, and is not recommended. The same extraordinary power is required if you choose to use a picture of a person, rather than working with him or her in person. 6. If the image disappears into blackness, or the head or body disappears, suggest to the other person that he or she meditate to elevate the chi and provide protection. The disappearance suggests some level of danger. 7. If the image disappears into white light, it may be a sign of your partner’s Buddhahood, enlightenment, or enhanced spiritual powers. 8. Your Feng Shui readings can be enhanced as you “see” a person, or a room, and are instantly inspired with the thought of the correct cure. 9. You can read the chi of a Buddha statue using this method. Some sculptures may be simply pieces of art. Others may be imbued with Buddha’s light and power. This may be important to know before you choose to worship the statue. 10. If you use a mirror to read your own chi, you must have a developed sense of discernment. Otherwise, you run the risk of letting your “looks” distort the reading. 11. Some other instances when you might choose to use this method: When talking to a business partner about an important decision During a negotiation When with a possible marriage partner © KatherineIn all cases, you are attempting to follow Metz the chi. Is the person honest, intelligent, forthcoming, etc. Suggestions for your protection: 1. If you enter a space in which you “see” ling that should not be present, wearing a crystal bracelet or necklace from the temple will protect you. You might also choose to wear the Tibetan Cleaver, or one of the Vajra necklaces. If you do not have any of these items, practice the Inhale Exhale Breathing Exercise after the visit. 2. The original method calls for two people. If your own chi is so strange that you cannot find someone to practice with, you can practice by viewing your image in a mirror. If there are two people working together, you will not be scared if you see only darkness or a ghost. With two people, you will only be curious, not scared. The other person can help you. Being along brings the risk of being scared. © Katherine Metz 4 3. If you get yourself into an intolerable situation, use the Exorcising Mudra to trace the Nine Path on yourself. You will be able to expel any attaching spirit. If you are a bystander and someone gets in trouble, you can use what you have learned in Supreme Yoga Sections Three and Four. Let your chi enter the person to circulate and expel the evil spirit. The person will calm down. You may even be able to extend your hand to touch the person. Buddha’s chi will enter the person, and Buddha will expel the evil. Chant Ah Om Hum. If you practice diligently, you will attain a powerful yin yang vision. Your Feng Shui readings will be more powerful, and you will know, without doubt, when a space needs to be cleansed of roaming spirits. We have the good to have received these teachings quickly, unlike times past when it was many years before a student was given these valuable and secret teachings. We have a responsibility. Practice, or the gift will be lost. Question to Professor: When practicing Yin Yang Vision, my eyelids jump. I cannot control them 70 percent of the time. Help, please. Professor answered: Rub your palms together 27 times, and then press your palms on your eyes. Move your hands outward to your temples and rub 9 times in a circle counterclockwise. Then, move your hands quickly up and off your head, reaching to the sky. And/Or Just let your eyes remain open. The question was clarified a bit, and Professor made the following comment: The cure remains the same. You can also use Tapping the Head, for there may be trouble with your involuntary nervous system. Short Addendum: It took Professor three years to receive this method from his teacher. It is a precious teaching in our tradition, and we are blessed to have received it so quickly. © Katherine Metz
