Dear Customer, As previously announced, Capitol CMG Label Group has entered into a partnership with Jesus Culture Music. In light of this new relationship, all Jesus Culture products will be moving to Capitol Christian Distribution. Listed below are key policies and dates to remember regarding this transition of Jesus Culture titles from New Day Christian Distributors to Capitol Christian Distribution.

SALES/SHIPPING: o Regarding New Releases: Beginning immediately Capitol Christian Distribution will begin soliciting new release titles for Jesus Culture as outlined on Schedule A of this letter. These titles are now available for order online at www.capitolchristiandistribution.com.

o Regarding Catalog & Replenishment Orders: Beginning Wednesday, April 1, 2015 Capitol Christian Distribution will begin soliciting all catalog titles for Jesus Culture outlined on Schedule B of this letter. New Day Christian Distributors will continue to solicit and process orders for Jesus Culture catalog titles through Tuesday, March 31, 2015. Capitol Christian Distribution will begin shipping catalog orders on Wednesday, April 1, 2015.

RETURNS: With respect to Jesus Culture titles on Schedule B & C, which appear on page 2 of this letter, please note the following: o Regarding Schedule B: It is not necessary to return any titles purchased from New Day Christian Distributors due to this transition. Capitol Christian Distribution will begin accepting all Jesus Culture returns of titles on Schedule B after March 31, 2015. Capitol Christian Distribution will grant credit under Capitol’s normal returns policy. o Regarding Schedule C: All Jesus Culture titles on Schedule C will be deleted effective immediately. New Day Christian Distributors will process returns for these titles which are received in their warehouse prior to or on March 31, 2015. Capitol Christian Distribution will process returns beginning April 1, 2015 through May 29, 2015 and will grant credit under Capitol’s normal returns policy.

Capitol Christian Distribution and New Day Christian Distributors are working together to ensure a smooth transition so that your ability to purchase and/or return Jesus Culture titles remain uninterrupted.
