STRATEGIC OUR VISION By 2030, we will have had a significant impact on PLANNING the lives of more than 10,000 socially isolated seniors.

One of our main focuses during the first part of the year was on developing our 2020–2023 strategic plan. Employees and volunteers teamed up to take part in meetings and forums held in various communities across Quebec. As a result, we were able to redefine our support delivery model to better serve seniors.

By 2030, This means there will be 30% in 10 years’ time 1,098,000 of them 330,000 people 75 or older will be at risk seniors of social isolation will be suffering living in Quebec from acute loneliness

We need to take action now to prevent these statistics from becoming a grim reality. Our Priorities for 2020–2023

We conducted a survey in the spring of 2019 to ask the older women and men who benefit from our programs about what is most important to them. 1 4
