Message from Mayor, Council & Administration staff Hello Residents of Theodore and area: It has been a chaotic month to say the least. To go from the promise of spring to a worldwide health pandemic in the blink of an eye was something none of us could possibly foresee. At this time, and until the Federal & Provincial governments says it is safe to get back to a normal life: • All Public facilities in Theodore are closed – (Community Hall /Remax Arena / Museum) There will be no bookings taken for the community hall until this situation has alleviated. • The Village Office is closed to the public until further notice. If you have an issue / concern please contact the office during regular business hours. We will still be staffing the office. Call 306-647-2315 Mon/ Tues / Thurs / Fri : 9am – 5pm • The Village Town Hall is on hold until everything improves and the government has stated it is safe to resume public meetings/gatherings. • Please check the Provincial government website for any/all updates on the COVID – 19 situation. www.saskatchewan.ca The site is updated on a continual basis as this progresses and it will inform you of any /all changes or regulations/laws you will need to adhere to. • Our local businesses have initiated their own precautionary measures as they try to serve the public - please do as they ask as they try doing their best to continue serving Theodore and area with delivery services / special hours or other measures.

    BYLAW NO. 3 – 08 A bylaw of The Urban Municipal Administrators’ Association of Saskatchewan to amend Bylaw No. 1-00 which provides authority for the operation of the Association under the authority of The Urban Municipal Administrators Act. The Association in open meeting at its Annual Convention enacts as follows: 1) Article V. INVOCATION Father David Tumbach, Pastor of Holy Family in Saskatoon. WELCOME AND INTRODUCTIONS President Michele Schmidt introduced the Head Table and gave her welcoming remarks. CALL FOR NOMINATIONS Phil Boivin, Municipal Affairs, Advisory Services, conducted the Call for Nominations for President and Call for Nominations for Vice President. Deb Machay, Maple Creek, nominated Michele Schmidt of Kerrobert for the office of President. No further nominations were received upon third call. Phil Boivin declared Michele Schmidt elected as President. Kim Gartner, Macklin, nominated Shelley Funk of Dalmeny for the position of Vice President.
