    ANNUAL REVIEW 2015/2016 Gwytha ha Crefhe! 30 years preserving and strengthening our Cornish heritage In the early 1980’s there was a growing concern that too much of the Cornish heritage was under threat from potential private buyers. Two such sites were Land’s End and Lamorna Cove and there was no organisation in Cornwall with the ability to raise the funds required to save the sites. On the 19th February 1983 a group of people got together with the idea of forming such an organisation with the aim of saving buildings, ancient artifacts and important heritage sites.
