The manufacturer guarantees that our products are scrupulously checked aganst defects n materals, workmanshp and aesthetc and functonng problems. If you fnd a defect n one of our products, you should mmedately contact the DEALER/SHOP/GUNSMITH where you have bought your gun. The seller wll ndcate the condtons for the repar, whch wll be ether made drectly by them or through our assstance. ATTENTION: End users are not allowed to shp any gun drectly to Chappa Frearms USA, Ltd. for repar, ether under guarantee or aganst payment wthout a Return of Merchandse Authorzaton number (RMA). The manufacturer guarantees, for two years after the purchase date, free parts for defects whch have been found durng use: wear of parts whch shouldn't be subject to wear, or excessve wear of parts subject to wear and further supply free parts for an addtonal 3 years execpt for wood. The customer must provde evdence of the purchase date wth a recept or other vald proof. In the event a defect whch s covered by ths guarantee s not reparable, The manufacturer may provde a free substtuton of the product.

THE MANUFACTURER RESERVES THE RIGHT OF DEFINING THE TYPE OF DEFECT OF THE FIREARM, AND THEREFORE TO STATE WHETHER THE DEFECT IS COVERED BY GUARANTEE
