Public Transportation in Dubai

As the city of the future, Dubai is well-connected by efficient public transport that helps locals and tourists to navigate the city, conveniently and inexpensively.

Metro

Famous for its fully automated rail system and driverless trains, the Metro is the first public transport choice in Dubai, fast, modern, and easy to use.

Bus

Reach most of Dubai landmarks and connects the majority of the attractions. It is less frequent than the Metro but still very reliable and relatively cheap.

Taxi

Very easy to find in the city, especially near the main attractions.

Abras

Sort of traditional wooden water-taxis, the best way to cross Dubai Creek.
