BRONCOS RB C.J. ANDERSON, BENGALS CB LEON HALL & RAVENS S WILL HILL NAMED AFC PLAYERS OF WEEK 12

Running back C.J. ANDERSON of the , LEON HALL of the and safety WILL HILL of the are the AFC Offensive, Defensive and Special Teams Players of the Week for games played the 12th week of the 2015 season (November 26, November 29-30), the NFL announced today.

OFFENSE: RB C.J. ANDERSON, DENVER BRONCOS  Anderson rushed for 113 yards on 15 carries (7.5 average), including the game-winning 48-yard in overtime, and added four catches for 40 yards in Denver’s 30-24 win against previously undefeated New England on Sunday Night Football.  Anderson, who also had a 15-yard touchdown run in the fourth quarter, helped Denver become the second team in NFL history to overcome a 14-point fourth-quarter deficit to beat an undefeated team with a record of 10-0 or better (San Diego vs. 11-0 Miami on November 18, 1984).  His game winning score was the fourth-longest overtime touchdown run in NFL history and the longest regular- season overtime scoring play from scrimmage in Broncos’ history.  Anderson’s 7.5 rushing average led all NFL players this week (minimum 10 attempts) and he was the only AFC player to rush for at least 100 yards and two in Week 12.  In his third season from California, this is Anderson’s second career Player of the Week Award and first since Week 17 of 2014.  This week marks the second in a row in which a Bronco has been recognized as the AFC Offensive Player of the Week (, Week 11).

DEFENSE: CB LEON HALL, CINCINNATI BENGALS  Hall had six tackles, two passes defensed and an -return touchdown in the Bengals’ 31-7 win against St. Louis.  With the Bengals leading 24-7 in the third quarter, Hall intercepted a pass and returned it 19 yards for a touchdown to cap the scoring as Cincinnati improved to 9-2.  Three of Hall’s six tackles came within two yards of or behind the line of scrimmage.  The Bengals intercepted three passes against the Rams, the most of any AFC club in Week 12, and have 14 this season, which are tied for the most in the conference.  In his ninth season from Michigan, this is Hall’s second career Player of the Week Award and first since 2008 (Week 16).  He is the first cornerback in Bengals history to be named Defensive Player of the Week twice and joins safety DAVID FULCHER (four) as the only Cincinnati defensive backs to win the award multiple times.

SPECIAL TEAMS: S WILL HILL, BALTIMORE RAVENS  Hill returned a blocked field goal 64 yards for a touchdown on the final play from scrimmage in the Ravens’ 33-27 win against Cleveland on .  The Ravens are the second team in NFL history to win a game on the final play by blocking a field goal and returning it for a touchdown, joining the Denver Broncos (November 17, 1985 vs. San Diego in overtime).  Hill also started at safety and posted six tackles with one pass defensed against the Browns.  In his fourth season from Florida, this is Hill’s first career Player of the Week Award.  Hill is the second Ravens player to win a Special Teams Player of the Week Award this season, joining kicker (Weeks 4 and 8).
