Treatment Exercise This Project Proposal will be assembled and presented in a Digital PDF Format at A3 Landscape size. At a minimum, your proposal document will introduce the following Aim components in support of your animation pitch: • Project Proposal & Outline • Treatments & Storyboards • Production Plans, Strategies & Timeline • Research Areas & Case Studies Due: 12:30pm, Wednesday 3 May (Week 8) Introduction 70% For the DACA6321 Motion Graphic Design Project, you will produce a 1.5-2 minute Motion Graphic Project title sequence for a film fictionalised by you. This motion title sequence will not only demonstrate your practical understanding of technical compositing, editing and animating processes from the treatment conceptualisation stage right through to its final render, but also a thorough application of motion graphic principles, theory, and awareness for storytelling conventions in a time-based graphic medium. Brief You are to author a short fictional (or based on actual events) story that will serve as a foundation for you to unleash and explore with your inner Saul Bass. With this story, you will wrestle with ways in which visual language, design principles, and semiotics can be employed to introduce the plot, attitude, and overarching personality of a film through an opening motion sequence. Your opening title sequence will introduce the following aspects of your story at a minimum: • At least 2 main characters • The era/setting in which the film is set in • A plot teaser • Your “cast & crew” members The primary objective of this motion graphic project is to develop, embellish and present an opening title piece that is visually engaging, well-structured in narrative sequence, and successful in serving as a refined motion graphic project upon the completion of the course. My another elective is Product Design. That's why I looked at the Lego. When I was researching I watched the brickfilms from different people. I think they are very interesting. These are the research of Brickfilm and the skills for Brick film. I joined some societies of Lego. Also looked at other people's creative thinking and works. Some research in local Lego store in Toyco in St lukes. After walking around the store, I decided to make a dinosaur film. It looked at left and right then it screamed in front of the zoo. It run toward to a person. It bit him. His blood came out. The police was driving the car and got out the car. The police pull out the gun. Tried to shoot the dinosaur but couldn't hurt it. The dinosaur heard the gun's sound. It ran away. The police car was tracing the dinosaur. Finally, the police caught the dinosaur and moved it onto the truck. The dinosaur went back to the zoo.
