G.O.Ms.No.79, Agri. & Coop. (Agri. I) Dept., dt.27.08.2018. -::O::- O R D E R:- In the reference 2nd read above, the Special Commissioner of Agriculture, A.P., Guntur has submitted proposals for considering the inter-state transfer in respect of Smt. C. Sandhya, Agricultural Officer, Kosgi Mandal, O/o. the Asst. Director of Agricultural (R), Kodangal, Mahaboobnagar District, Telangana (presently working on deputation as Agricultural Officer, Ramasamudhram Mandal, Chittoor Dist., A.P.) from the State of Telangana to the State of Andhra Pradesh on spouse grounds as her husband Sri K. Satish Kumar is working as AHO in Animal Husbandry Department in Chittoor. 2. In the Letter 3rd read above, the APC & Principal Secretary to Government, Agriculture & Cooperation Department, Telangana Secretariat, Hyderabad was requested to give the consent of the Government of Telangana for the aforesaid inter-state transfer on spouse grounds, for taking further necessary action in the matter. 3. In the G.O. 4th read above, the Government of Telangana have issued orders for Inter-State transfer on spouse grounds in respect of Smt. C. Sandhya, Mandal Agricultural Officer, Kosigi, Mahabubnagar Dist., Telangana State, from the State of Telangana to the State of Andhra Pradesh, subject to condition that she will forego her seniority in the present working Zone and take last rank next to the last regular Mandal Agriculture Officer in the New Zones of the respective States, in terms of the orders issued in Cir.Memo.dt.07.08.2017 and it was also directed the Commissioner of Agriculture, Hyderabad, Talangana to relieve Smt. C. Sandhya, M.A.O., with immediate effect with a direction to report before the Spl.C.S. (FAC), Agri. & Coop. Dept., Govt. of A.P. 4. Accordingly, Government after careful examination of the matter, hereby order for the inter-state transfer of Smt. C. Sandhya (Zone IV), Agricultural Officer, Kosgi Mandal, O/o. the Asst. Director of Agricultural (R), Kodangal, Mahaboobnagar District (presently working on deputation as Agricultural Officer, Ramasamudhram Mandal, Chittoor Dist.,) from the State of Telangana to the State of Andhra Pradesh on spouse grounds subject to condition to take last rank next to the last regular candidate in the new State and forego seniority in the existing State as well as lien in terms of the instructions issued in the Circular Memo. 1st read above. 5. The Agriculture & Cooperation (Agri. I) Department, Government of Telangana, Hyderabad is requested to issue necessary instructions to the Commissioner of Agriculture, Government of Telangana, Hyderabad to relieve the individual with immediate effect with a direction to report before the Special Chief Secretary to Government (FAC), Agriculture & Cooperation (Agri. I) Department, A.P. Secretariat, Velagapudi. 6. The length of the project stretch is 46.533 km. The project stretch passes through shamshabad and Rangareddy Districts and mainly passes through Aziz nagar, Himayat nagar, Moinabad, Appa reddy gudda, Chevella, Indra reddy nagar. This chapter will give a general description of the project, existing features and design proposals to upgrade the facility to Four/Six-lane divided highway. 0.2 PROJECT BACKGROUND The State Government accorded Administrative Sanction for 38 road projects to take up consultancy services for Techno-Economic Feasibility and Transaction Advisory Services by engaging experienced consultants. Out of which, seven State roads are taken up by the State of Telangana. As per the GoT’s strategic vision for the provision, operation and maintenance of infrastructure in the State, it has identified the need to upgrade and operate the high traffic roads in the State through public private partnership arrangements. The Client has the onus of procurement of concessionaires to Design, Finance, Construct, Maintain, operate and Transfer the roads by tapping into central government financing if required.

To be effort has been made to evaluate plants used for medicare by the tribal people of Renla Gadda Thanda, Kodangal mandal, Mahabubnagar Dist, Telangana. Due to be deficient in of modern healthcare facilities and poor economic conditions, the tribal people of the Thanda fully depend on in the vicinity available medicinal plants for their healthcare needs. In the present report a total of 24 ethnomedicinal plants from 23 genus and 24 species occupied 18 families were recorded. The thorough information i.e., Usage, to be treated disorder, Parts used recorded. This is a first report from the Renlagadda Thanda of Kodangal mandal. The study area having wealthy in medicinal plants flora and tribal communities with latest usages. Documentation of traditional knowledge on medicinal plants from the village or thanda level is the elementary and necessary samples for novel medication.
