MIAMI –The Florida Marlins are set to host the (May 25-27), the (May 28-30) and the Milwaukee Brewers (May 31-June 3) at Sun Life Stadium. The ten-game homestand will feature fan giveaways, including: Cody Ross Bobblehead courtesy of GEICO as part of Billy Bingo (May 28), Marlins Tambourine sponsored by Majestic Athletic (May 29) and Poster sponsored by City Furniture (May 30). The homestand will also feature several special events, including: Jiffy Lube Fiesta Friday on May 28, Baker Concrete Super Saturday featuring salsa sensations Jerry Rivera and Luis Enrique on May 29, and Marlins Family Sunday on May 30.

Starting Tuesday, May 25, the Marlins kick off the homestand against the Atlanta Braves. First pitch is set for 7:10 P.M. at Sun Life Stadium. Fans can look in the Tuesday edition of The Miami Herald for the Herald Two for Tuesday coupon and get two-for-one Box tickets. The series continues on Wednesday where fans can take advantage of the Marlins $7.90 The Ticket Infield Box Blowout Promotion. The series against the Braves will conclude on Thursday, May 27. The series against the Philadelphia Phillies continues on Saturday, May 29 at 7:10 P.M. with Baker Concrete Super Saturdays. This Saturday will be headlined by fireworks and post-game concert featuring Salsa Sensations Jerry Rivera and Luis Enrique. Also, the first 15,000 fans will receive a Marlins Tambourine courtesy of Majestic Athletic.

The series concludes on Sunday, May 30 at 1:10 P.M. During Marlins Family Sunday, fans are invited to join the pre- game activities at the Strike Zone including games and activities from Radio Disney and fans can take pictures with a Marlins player. In addition, the first 5,000 kids will receive a Dan Uggla Poster sponsored by City Furniture and kids get to the bases in the Diamond Dash after the game. Staff Sergeant Hancell Pie is currently assigned to Miami Recruiting BN in Jupiter Company. He deployed to Iraq in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom in February 2003 to April 2004 and November 2005 to January 2007 where he served as a 19K Tanker. Staff Sergeant Pie received 2 Army Commendation Medal and the Iraqi Campaign Medal for his service.

Komen for the Cure to “Go to Bat Against Breast Cancer.” The goal is to increase breast cancer awareness while raising funds to support breast cancer research. In seeking a cure for this all-too-pervasive disease, MLB stands with the countless women, men and families affected each year. The 2010 Honorary Bat Girl Contest is a League-wide initiative designed to extend our partnership and raise greater awareness and support for the breast cancer cause. The Marlins 2010 Honorary Bat Girl is Andrea Ianno of Ft. Lauderdale. Andrea will be recognized prior to the game and will throw out a ceremonial first pitch.

MLB PITCH AND RUN: The MLB Pitch, Hit and Run team championship competition will begin at 8:00 AM at Sun Life Stadium. The participants will also be recognized during a pregame ceremony. MLB Pitch, Hit & Run is a grassroots skills competition that focuses on three fundamental baseball elements: fielding/throwing, batting and base running. The competition helps children ages 7-14 focus on becoming better all-around players.

MARLINS YOUTH BASEBALL CLINIC: Marlins personnel will conduct a clinic at 10:30 AM at Sun Life Stadium as part of the Florida Marlins Youth Baseball Clinic Series. Registration for the clinic was promoted on the Marlins flagship radio station – 790 THE TICKET.

HERALD SPOTLIGHT: The Herald/Florida Marlins Team Player spotlight recipients for the month of May will be recognized during a pre-game ceremony. The recipients are stellar student athletes, who are currently participating in recreational or travel baseball and softball. The recipients are awarded based upon their academic achievement, conduct and sportsmanship.

FRIENDS OF 440 SCHOLARSHIP FUND CHECK PRESENTATION: Nancy Olson, Executive Director of the Florida Marlins Community Foundation will be presenting a $2000 check to the Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund, Inc. The Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund, Inc. is a non-profit organization comprised of attorneys, doctors, and judges or those whose employment is connected with the Florida Workers' Compensation Act. They donate their time and energy to promote social, educational and charitable causes connected with the workers compensation system in Florida. The Friends of 440 Scholarship Fund, Inc. provides scholarships to children of injured workers or whose parent’s employment is within the administration of Florida worker’s compensation laws such as adjusters, support staff and case managers. The recipients must exemplify the spirit of professionalism through personal and academic achievement and lack the economic ability to continue their education without the assistance of scholarship funds. The Friends of 440 will gather for their 4th Annual “Night with the Fish” fund raiser on Saturday, May 29, and will be represented by President Eric Sandler, Cory Schnepper, Cliff Moskowitz, and Darcy Williams. Presenting the American flag during on-field pregame ceremonies will be Mrs. Noemi Gozlan, Day School Director at Beth Emet Day School in Cooper City, and presenting the Israeli flag will be Phyllis & Richard Heideman (they will be presenting an Israeli flag which they carried from Auschwitz to Birkenau during the March of the Living 2010). Phyllis is also the Chair of the International Advisory Board of the March of the Living. The United States and Israeli Anthems, as well as God Bless America, will be performed by 11-year old Akiva Schechter. Reggae artist Benny Bwoy will be performing at Marlins Fan Headquarters when gates open at 11:30AM, and kosher food will be available at several Centerplate locations throughout the stadium, including concession stands at Sections 128, 141, 146, 156 and 256.

MARLINS STARS AND STRIPES PROGRAM: The “Stars and Stripes" ticket program for United States Military staff including: Active and Reserve personnel, National Guard, and their dependents, allowing them to attend Sunday Marlins regular season games at no cost. To receive complimentary tickets, eligible military personnel, or dependents, must present their military identification card (DOD or Homeland Security Cards) at the Gate F box office at Sun Life Stadium, on the day of the game, at least one hour prior to the start of the regular season game. This program is good for Bullpen Box tickets for all 13 Sunday regular season Marlins home games.

50-50 RAFFLE: The Florida Marlins Community Foundation will host a 50-50 Raffle every Sunday during the 2010 season. Raffle tickets are available for the following donations: 1 for $3, 2 for $5, 5 for $10 or 20 for $15. The raffle is 7

held from the time the gates open until the end of the third inning. One lucky winner will receive one-half of the money collected from the raffle that day. The other half will be used for the Cornerstones for Kids programs. The winning number will be announced during the game on Marlins Vision and the winning number will be posted on the FMCF website, www.marlinsfoundation.com. SNAPSHOT SUNDAY: The first 100 Marlins fans will have the chance to have their photograph taken with a Marlins player. Photo vouchers are handed out at the gates on a first-come first serve basis. Fans are reminded to bring their own camera. Snapshot Sunday is located at Strike Zone at Gate H and begins at 11:00 AM.

IN-GAME PERFORMERS: In-game performers will include Lil Billy, Billy, Mermaids, Minnows, and Maniacs.

BASEBALL BUDDIES: Every Sunday throughout the season local little league teams (dressed in full uniform) will have the opportunity to take the field for the National Anthem. This week’s buddies are from TBD.

DIAMOND DASH: After every Marlins Family Sunday, kids 12 and under get to run the bases on the field in the Marlins Diamond Dash (weather permitting). The entrance for Diamond Dash is through section 140 / 141 and fans can begin lining up in the 8th inning. Parents may walk them down to the field, but not participate unless their child needs assistance. We also ask that children do not slide at any base or Home Plate for their own safety. COMMUNITY CORNER: The Community Corner is located at section 149 and serves as the headquarters for the Florida Marlins community programs. The FMCF staffs the kiosk every game from the time the gates open until the end of the third inning.

CELEBRATION CLUB: The Florida Marlins Community Foundation allows fans to display a message on Marlins Vision. Personalized messages will be shown in the middle of the 3rd inning of every Marlins home game. Messages will run for the first 12 people who call the Marlins office to make a reservation or sign up at www.marlins.com/celebrationclub. The cost is $50.00 per message, with all proceeds benefiting the Florida Marlins Community Foundation. In addition, each caller will have the option to pick up a gift bag (adult or child’s) for a $40 donation. Billy the Marlin or the Marlins Mermaids can deliver a gift bag directly to a fan’s seat location for a $100 donation. If it is a fan’s birthday, Billy/Mermaids will lead the section to sing “Happy Birthday.” The first person to place a reservation for a delivery and message will be featured on Marlins Vision as the “Catch of the Day.” Cost of the “Catch of the Day” is $150. Also, one child a game can accompany Billy the Marlin on the field during the 7th inning stretch to sing “Take Me Out to the Ballgame” for a $100 donation. Note: Marriage proposals can be arranged. The cost is a $250 donation, which includes a live proposal, DVD and a dozen roses. This requires special coordination so the more notice the better. FLORIDA DEPARTMENT OF TRANSPORTATION’S “DESIGNATED DRIVER PLEDGE AND SAFE DRIVER SEATS UPGRADE”: During every Marlins home game, fans will have the opportunity to sign a “Designated Driver” pledge located at Fan Headquarters on the 100 Concourse Level. Every Designated Driver Pledge will be entered
