After hearing both the parties and going through the record available on the case file, it is revealed that present respondent-PIO/Tehsildar (South) Ludhiana has to collect the information from the concerned Patwari and supply the information to the appellant after charging fee under the provisions of RTI Act, 2005 as early as possible as he has not transferred the application under Section 6(3) of the RTI Act, 2005.
