Continue along Spellowgate until you see the farm entrance/track about 2 miles out of Driffield. Alternatively, from York turn off the A166 onto the B1251 towards Bridlington follow this road through Fimber and into Sledmere. At Sledmere take the B1253 towards Bridlington. Turn right at Cowlam crossroads towards Driffield follow this road until you see the farm entrance/track. From Scarborough turn off the B1249 towards Cottam Warren. Follow the road round to the left at Cottam Warren downhill towards Driffield. Turn left at the next junction and continue until you see the farm entrance/track. GENERAL CONDITIONS OF SALE 1.
