This letter is being submitted to notify_the TCEQ tll.at the only source (Wet · Kiln) subject to the additional analysis for NOx and SOx was permanently shutdown on December 15, 2006. Therefore, the Engineering Analysis required to be submitted by Apri131, 2007 is no longer required.
