MERCANTILE ROWING CLUB INC. 130th ANNUAL REPORT AND BALANCE SHEET 2009 - 2010 Mercantile Rowing Club Inc. 130th Annual Report NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT THE 130TH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MERCANTILE ROWING CLUB INC. WILL BE HELD AT THE CLUBHOUSE ON THURSDAY 21ST OCTOBER 2010 AT 6.30PM. BUSINESS 1. To confirm the minutes of the Annual General Meeting held on the 22nd August 2009. 2. To receive and adopt the Annual Report and Balance Sheet. 3. That the Members approve the following change to the Rules, by a majority of 75% of those Members present in person or by proxy at the Annual General Meeting: That Rule 6 (2) be amended to indicate that subscriptions are payable in advance on the 1st day of July in each year. This rule currently stipulates that subscriptions are payable on the 1st day of May in each year. This change is to be effective from 2011. 4. To elect office bearers for the ensuing year. 5.
